There is a walk-in cupboard by the stairs that houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A guest toilet can also be found on this floor. First Floor: Three further bedrooms are situated on this level. Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room and sliding door to a private balcony with views of the private garden and Kalkan Bay. Two twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room and a large balcony with far reaching views to the islands and Kalkan Bay. Second Floor (Roof terrace): Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with panoramic views of Kalkan bay.
