Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût, super accueil, bien placé, petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec vue montagnes. Même les chambres classiques sont bien équipées et jolies, propreté impeccable et petites attentions. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Magnífic hotel familiar que no té més de dos anys d’antiguitat, pel que tal com et podries esperar, totes les instal•lacions estan super noves i són molt modernes. Cuiden els detalls i el teu benestar al màxim, amb una excel•lent hospitalitat digne d’esmentar.
Viatjàvem amb el nostre fill de 2 anys, que va dormir perfectament a la cuna que cedeix sense cost l’hotel. L’habitació en la que ens vam allotjar, era molt àmplia.
La seva ubicació és perfecte per no dependre de cotxe per visitar el centre de Puigcerdà.

Hotel pequeño y familiar de calidad excepcional en todos los aspectos, incluido el humano, con un personal (dueños y empleadas) que aporta sentido al concepto de hospitalidad. Camas muy cómodas, vistas al entorno pese a estar en la primer planta, confort térmico óptimo, construcción con materiales de gran calidad, etc. El desayuno cuidado con buenos productos.

Me gustó absolutamente todo! Pero en especial el trato recibido por parte de Lluís y su equipo, nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
El desayuno perfecto, todos los productos Km 0 y cantidad abundante, el hotel esta recientemente reformado, hay muchísimos detalles tanto en la habitación com en el resto de zonas comunes que marcan la diferencia, todo está impecable y las camas son comodísimas. Sin duda repetiremos!

It was amazing! We had a great time in this hotel! The place was beautiful and super clean. We loved the breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived with 2 bikes and they offered storage and help with our bikes. I really recommend this place! We will definitely be back ❤️

Everything a hotel should be this hotel is. Perfection. A masterpiece. A chic modern building. A beautiful modern room with a stupendous view off to the mountains. Very comfortable beds which cured a back problem of mine . A dream bathroom. Wonderful sun filled breakfast room.
Very difficult to find even with GPS BUT our being lost led to the greatest benefactions of all. This was a Sunday. I called the owners and they came and found me and my wife, they took charge of everything, the parked our car in a little space behind the hotel, they carried our bags up from here to the door, they booked a table for us in a great restaurant nearby, they made sure our stay was perfect .

The staff was great. Even thought they did not know English, he used an app. to talk and translate for us.
They were very helpful and even moved their car to let us have a parking space near the hotel.

Really beautiful view, super clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was great and they were very welcoming, facilitating a very good cot for our baby.

Great hotel, we had a great time here. The owner Luis is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and very well equipped and stylish decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is great, lots of great little details that make your stay a delight.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! We loved watching the sun rise without having to get up from our bed; the shower was amazing (robe and slippers were also provided); breakfast had the BEST coffee "americano" of our entire 2 week trip around Spain/Catalunya; you are walking distance from the old town shops as well as dining options; and last but not least we had a very attentive host, who made sure we were properly taken care of during our stay.
The only minor thing was the tight street parking, (which is the case everywhere you go in Spain), but our car was fine and we always felt safe.

The CIM boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic. The decor was modern and clean, and the room really lovely with great views. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and breakfast was also delicious. The central location was also really convenient. We will definitely stay again.

the hotel was new and very tidy. The room had a magnificent view on the mountains. The breakfast was super! We highly recommand this hotel!
