An adjacent covered gazebo provides another shaded area, outfitted with a gas grill, granite wet bar, and six-seat table. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with an enviable central location, a two-minute drive from all the action in downtown Kona including the must-see weekly farmers market. Two well-appointed bedrooms are located in the main home, while three boutique-style suites have private exterior entrances. Each room is equipped with a TV. The second bath has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom boasts a king bed, two twin beds, a sofa, and a separate entrance, with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. A very clean house-well-stocked kitchen- no bugs inside-5bedrooms each with their own bathroom-lots of places to sit and relax or have small group chats hot tub grill and table area for outside dining sports equipment to use

Seperate bedrooms w baths was great for our groups. The kitchen was well appointed w utensils and dishes and had plenty of room. Lanais we’re very enjoyable for morning coffee and evenings. Thanks for umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. Much better than it was represented on the web.

The rooms were spacious, airy and air conditioned , neat and enough. Umber of bathrooms, kitchen can be stocked with more basic amenities such as sugar, oil . The internet was very slow in general so it was hard to use the Wi-Fi. Overall, the stay was great for families with kids. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Lot of greenery around the house and good space for kids to run around. Extra Beach items were also very helpful! Loved the outdoor bugs and the green lizards 😀.

We love the house and the yard was very beautiful. The location was convenient and close to everything. This house is prefect for a large group.

Perfect for a 2 family stay. Plenty of room and a bath for every room meant no waiting. So nice to have a washer/dryer. There are beach towels in baskets included too!

We stayed here with 4 other couples when we were all in town for a wedding, and this house was perfect! Each couple had their own privacy with their own rooms, and each couple had their own bathroom which was huge for getting ready each day! The neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy (plenty of street parking beyond the parking in the driveway), and we could get anywhere in town quickly!
