Such a lovely little bungalow! Super clean and full of character. My family loved walking around town from this highly walkable location. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. Thanks ever so much!

We were very happy with Bungalow 437. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk around downtown Corvallis and to access OSU campus and local shopping easily. The bungalow was absolutely charming with the front porch and back patio, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and living area. The t.v. was easy to use with plenty of good streaming choices. We appreciated the basic stocked items that made our stay so much better!

A great place to explore Corvallis from. We really enjoyed being able to walk to town to enjoy all Corvallis has to offer. The home was clean and comfortable . We spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the cool of the mornings and evenings. The train was really no bother.

This house is very cute and comfortable. It is decorated perfectly - welcoming and up-to-date without feeling like "too much". The beds were also very comfortable and that is always an appreciated detail. Will definitely book again.

Bungalow 437 is a comfortable, well-kept house near Washington Park just north of downtown Corvallis, an easy walk to the riverfront. The historic architecture of the neighborhood near the train tracks gives a taste of life in Corvallis a century ago. Our family was glad to have the bungalow as our gathering place.

Thank you for making your home available! The retro theme was fun to discover throughout the house. While my plan to have my college son stay with me didn't happen because he had just moved to his own place, I plan to stay again when I travel with my Bay Area family. The back yard is such a nice retreat and quiet spot for coffee and work, and the house just makes sense. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was a luxury. The air tower in the room added to my comfort, being used to sleeping with a fan. Checking in with the keyless entry was easy, and so nice not to keep track of an extra key. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate, and while the train is mentioned I never heard it. The owner was very approachable and reached out ahead of time welcoming me. Thank you!

Wonderful house that is updated, immaculate, charming, and has all of the comforts for a easy stay! The house is in a great location to be able to walk to OSU and all over Corvallis very easily. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and will definitely stay again next time we find ourselves in Corvallis.

Wonderful OSU Grad Weekend!

Far exceeded our expectations! Our family enjoyed our stay at the bungalow for the weekend of our daughter's graduation from OSU and wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we'll return again! It's the perfect location and we loved being all together rather than hotel rooms. The hosts have everything so well-designed for comfort and beautifully decorated. There's also a lovely front porch and backyard to enjoy the incredible Corvallis weather! Any questions or needs we had were addressed quickly. This is an ideal place to visit! Thank you, Dotty!

One of a kind charm

Had a great visit to Corvallis and the Willamette Valley for work and this house made a great home base. There is a train that goes by 3x/day, but it’s not at odd hours. More charming than a nuisance. The house itself was very clean and charming and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Mother's Day Visit to see our son at OSU. We had a great time and the house was wonderful. Nice space, great location - walking distance to downtown and OSU campus. The house was immaculate, nicely furnished and quiet. The host was very easy to work work with and thoughtful. We would highly recommend and will return for another visit.
