Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two single twins. Sleep nine people comfortably. A second bathroom is shared between bedroom 3 and 4. It also acts as the guest bath. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Walk through the front door and be greeted by a bright and spacious living room with a huge sectional with seating for 6+. Two side chairs accommodate two more. Gorgeous new hardwood floors and a painted brick fireplace complete the modern look. Relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 55” LG SmartTV. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are both in laundry areas. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 8 as well as plenty of serving necessities. THE IMMEDIATE AREA This home is just a five-minute drive or a peaceful 20-minute walk down winding tree-lined streets to downtown Atascadero where there are coffee shops, wine-tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, great local shops, and a craft brewery or two. The Atascadero Lake Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night.
