Situated in Cruz Bay, this lovely condo for £217 per night is a great option for your next vacation. *Rent as 1 or 2 bedroom: 1-2 guests automatically books at the 1 bedroom/bath rate, 3-4 guests automatically books at the 2 bedroom/bath rate, if you wish to rent 2 bedrooms/baths for 2 guests simply update the guest number to 3 or message us. When rented as a 1 bedroom/bath the 2nd bed/bath will remain locked and empty.* As you enter Booby Rock, the open great room with vaulted ceilings provides comfortable seating for 4, and a Smart TV to stream your shows or movies via the provided Netflix and Hulu. The great room opens to the full kitchen, and out onto the private deck. Full kitchen with dishwasher is stocked with coffee for the mornings, a gallon of water to get you started, and all the supplies you need for dining at home either inside at the kitchen island or the dining table on the deck. Your private deck, accessible through the kitchen or great room sliding doors provides both lounge and dining areas. An electric grill is provided on your deck, and a shared gas grill is available on the pool deck. 1 King bedroom with ensuite and 2nd King bedroom with hall bath are both furnished with A/C, ceiling fans, blinds and room-darkening curtains to ensure a good night's rest. The hall closet provides beach chairs, beach and pool towels, and a small cooler for your adventures. One parking space is available for each unit. Booking guest must be over the age of 18, not suitable for children under 12. Bogie's Villa is a 6 unit complex comprised of 2 buildings. Bogie's has 6 separate condos (2 - 2 bed/ 2 bath, 2 - 2 bed/1 bath, 1 large studio, and 1 tiny living style studio). The common areas (pool, deck, parking and laundry) are shared by all.

Our stay at Bogie Villa (Booby Rock) was perfect for our quick long weekend getaway. Upon arrival to St John, the directions to the Villa were easy to follow and very clear communication from the owners regarding all of the check-in and check-out procedures. The villa was very clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. It’s centrally located near the beaches, easy access to coral bay and Cruz bay. Plenty of parking for our Jeep and beach chairs which we utilized during our stay. Will definitely be coming back!

This was our second visit to BV. We have been on island many times & remembered our first experience. The property was almost perfect! (I could have stayed longer for perfection) We were traveling as a family this time & downsized from a large villa to stay here for a few days. The owner was very accommodating, early luggage drop & groceries as well. We were treated the best! The unit Booby’s Rock was squeaky clean, ceiling fans, dishwasher, hair care products -ready to go with all We needed. (Coolers & chairs) We will be back soon add hope to stay with KC & Basil again. Perfect island life!

We stayed over July 4th week and thoroughly enjoyed our condo. KC and Basil had everything ready for our arrival including all sorts of treats and information. Booby Rock was well appointed with all the necessities and many extras. The beautiful porch had a great water view perfect for breakfast and cocktail hour. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Booby Rock! The Condo unit was open, airy and nicely furnished with 2 large king sized bedrooms (with AC) and 2 separate full bathrooms. We enjoyed having access to the shared pool and sat outside on our private deck every night enjoying the breeze. The price was affordable and we found the location simple to get to. The Windmill Bar was only a short drive away and had amazing views, the midway grocery store/gas station was also close by, and Cruz Bay was about a 10 minute drive to town. Overall, we’d all recommend to our friends visiting and would be happy to stay again! Very friendly hosts And I had great communication at every step!

Perfect location. About 15 minute drive to northshore beaches. Close to Cruz Bay. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and coolers were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Bogies Villa.

We had an excellent time staying at Boggie’s Villa. Our visit was a last minute booking and we could not have been happier. We usually stay closer to Cruz Bay. The location we found to be just as convenient to everything we like to do while on St. John. Our only wish was that we found Boggie’s Villa before and we had longer to stay at the property. There wasn’t a thing overlooked in our opinion. Thank you for the great stay!

Basil and KC are wonderful hosts to a great girls getaway. The villa is adorable and in a perfect location. The hosts are very communicative and responsive. The house has everything you might need while you’re on vacation. It was everything we were looking for while we were away.

We had a fantastic time visiting St. John. Our stay at Bogie's Villa was a huge part of what made our experience so amazing. Bogie's is beautiful, with gorgeous views, breezes and was so comfortable. Our apartment was well appointed with every basic covered, but also many little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed swimming in the pool on property in the afternoons, and then spending time on our private patio for dinner and drinks. Our hosts were so responsive and kind. We miss it already and hope to be back sometime soon!

We spent 14 nights in the 2 bed/2 bath Booby Rock. My BIL and his wife were in a studio 2 units below. The space was beautiful, the views from the extra spacious covered deck were gorgeous and the kitchen was the best stocked in our 20 years of renting on STJ. The 6 of us gathered daily for breakfast and a few times for dinner. There is a gas grill on the pool deck which we used a few times.The bathrooms were beautiful and everything was so clean. On site laundry was a game changer for a 2 week trip, and the pool area had full afternoon sun. We look forward to our next stay at this beautiful property ❤️

My husband and I have stayed at several of the units at Bogie's Villas in our travels to St. John and it far exceeds our expectations at the price point. There are a variety of layouts available to suit your needs. Owners are very responsive to any inquiries, prior to and during trips and have someone available (including themselves) should you need anything while on island. Units are extremely clean and bug free and include coolers and beach chairs for your use should you need them. AC in bedrooms (or studios) is strong enough to cool to a comfortable level. Beds are comfortable and location is quiet with great views. In addition to the great views and AC, they also offer dedicated parking, a pool, washer/dryer, and free wifi. The kitchen has what you need to make simple meals and the full sized fridge is appreciated. The huge covered porch is great for relaxing or outdoor dining. You will not find a nicer appointed lodging option at this price point in St. John and the owners are top notch. We will continue to stay at Bogie's Villas on future trips to St. John.

Bogie's Villa was truly a home away from home experience! We were at Bogie's for a month so feeling comfortable was very much appreciated! The high ceilings and open concept living were also very nice! The bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the bedroom roomy. I loved having a walk-in shower for ease of access the view from the bathroom was also incredible! Furnishings and decor had a very modern feel! Last but not least the view and balcony were amazing!! K.C. & Basil were great hosts and helped us feel at home! The nice touches of having beach chairs, a beach cooler backpack, a beach bag and koozies were such an added bonus! These items come in very handy when you are going to the beach! The location was great! We really enjoyed being close to the windmill bar and Shambles restaurant! Cruz Bay was also just a few miles away! Thank you, for sharing such a beautiful place in Paradise with us!! Kaley & Jeff

We arrived at Bogies Villa to find a Welcome Basket of granola bars, popcorn, a shopping bag and coozies for our drinks. The fridge had a jug of water to get us started. We also enjoyed the Island Hopping IPA's and the Love Hard seltzers. The villa was clean and nicely decorated along with comfortable seating. We appreciated the kitchen as it was well equipped with the necessities to prepare meals. We also ulitilized the George Forman Grille on the porch. The view from the villa was spectacular! We spent most evenings enjoying the view and fresh air from the open porch. It was a plus to have beach chairs, towels and cooler for our daily trips to the beaches. KC and Basil were wonderful hosts. They communicated with us from the time of booking and through out our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved without hesitation. We were very happy with our stay in Booby Rock villa.

Bogie’s Villa is a gem in St John. Our party stayed in both Booby Rock and Cow Rock. Both accommodations are exceptional and provide everything needed for a vacation base. It’s the little things like suntan lotion, beach chairs and towels, bug spray, and coolers which further set Bogies apart from other island accommodations. And the hosts who live onsite go above and beyond the call of duty when issues arrive. Case in point…our fully loaded dishwasher wasn’t working on the first day. When we got back from the beach later that same day, the entire dishwater was replaced, AND THE DISHES WERE CLEANED! The location is also ideal. Ten minutes from Cruz Bay and maybe 20 to Coral Bay with spectacular views. Highly recommend overall!

We stayed in the newly finished Booby Rock. The place was beautiful and better than we imagined it could be! We had plenty of room for 3 adults with 2 beds and 2 baths. Everything was perfectly clean and brand new. Although we only used the kitchen for breakfast, every supply that we could have possibly needed for any meal was there. It was great to have new beach chairs and beach towels right in the condo to use for the week. The deck with a view was a lovely spot to eat our breakfast each morning. Location was very central so very easy to explore the island from this spot. We will come again, for sure!
