Comfortable apartment, with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and helpful, even reaching out to let us know about an item we had forgotten.

Central location. Nice apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. Good parking. Clean inside. Owner very helpful and welcoming.
Not appealing from outside. Poor state of communal areas. Lock obviously broken into on outside communal door. In need of decorating and cleaning in stairway. Security not good to block.

Very basic furniture, beds not very comfortable- ok for one night.

Thé water pipe or faucet in the bathroom makes loud noise every time we use water and the heater also makes alarming sound when there were changes in temperature setting. The staircase and landing area are unclean.

everything about this place was nice Henry great host very helpful I’ll definitely stay here again made me feel as if I was home

it was spacious and private, good faculties and really lovely host
parking was a bit confusing leading to a small issue on the last day but host communicated with us

Very convenient for the flower show at Hampton court, good local amenities in walking distance. Host was attentive and kept in touch.
It's a great space ,plenty of room for 3 people the only thing that needs updating is the bath/ shower . Aside from that a great stay .
