Check-in instructions will be provided to you after booking confirmation. - Check in is after 3:00pm - Check out is at or before 11:00am. - If you check out after 11:00am without prior authorization there will be a late check out fee of half of a night. -No parties. Quiet time begins at 10pm. - Please wash dirty dishes. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. - We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - Max number of people in the unit should be as stated upon booking. - There will be a $50 fee for neglecting to return the parking garage pass. - Do not allow more guests than stated in your reservation. There will be a fee of $50 per guest per day for each undisclosed guest. - There will be a fee for lost key fobs of $10. - Damaged or missing property will result in a fine equal to the value of said property - No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony. Smoking anywhere in the unit or on the balcony will result in a fine. There will also be a fine if there is any evidence of illicit drugs within the unit including but not limited to smells, residue, etc. - There will be a fine for tampering with the smoke detector.
