Spacious flat with the price value

No basic dental amenities provided, even no towels were given in morning. lift was broke when we reach. No staff was ready to cater your needs

Nothing... NOT EVEN ONE!!!!!!

Initially double room was confirmed and when I reached almost @ midnight, receptionist told there is no room and he gave me a single room with 2 beds...Finally I had to oay extra to upgrade the room. His behavior was very poor and not welcoming at all.. Very rude talking.. Bed Room was not clean..mosquitoes here and there. Bed sheets were used ones and bot replaced.. Some foul smell was in the corridor and inside the room. Bathroom showers were broken. No place to hang your clothes.. unfortunately I was on a business trip and forgot to take some photos of the room and bathroom...

The staff specially receptionists are very cool

The hotel room is great especially for the price paid. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious and clean. There are a couple of people who speak English. The ones who don’t speak English still go out of their way to be very accommodating. Everyone has been most helpful.

WiFi works better during the day. At night, it gets really sluggish and the signal drops more frequently.
