The house was welcoming and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It had nice appliances. Coffee was provided. The bed was comfortable and very nice towels. Everything was modern and updated. Easy self check in and check out.

The problem was the grass in the front and backyard was uncut and 2 feet high. A few ants were spotted in the kitchen area. I was aware that there would be a pet fee when a made the reservation. The amount of the pet fee was not shared on the listing on Booking.com but I did not think the pet fee would be $295 when the cleaning fee was $200. The two night rental fee was only $385 and the cleaning fees totaled were $495 which is exorbitant. The neighborhood was unkept.
