Lovely home situated perfectly in Fayetteville.
My family had a great visit.
The only thing i would suggest is to give instructions on how to use the tv.

This VRBO is a couple miles from campus. It was perfect for a visit with our Razorback. The neighbors are quiet and when the weather was nice, we could leave the patio door open (screen door) to enjoy the fresh air. Our hosts left us a welcome basket with snacks and water and they had coffee pods for the coffee maker. The house had laundry supplies and kitchen spices too. We played games on the patio while watching TV outside (loved the patio space). And the garage was completely empty so we could park our car inside overnight. Our hosts were also quick to respond when we had questions. Would rent again!

We were just wanting a place to stay for the Razorback game and ended with a place we probably will come back to every year. Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Very cozy and felt right at home.

Very comfortable home. Great layout. Everything you need and more! Just far enough away from campus you can avoid the crowd, but close enough to everything.

This property was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The location was extremely convenient to the university of Arkansas. It also had a cute outdoor area with a tv.
