Everything you need for a fantastic stay by Boulder & Denver in a newly renovated 3bed/3bath house with easy access to the mountains. Great for families, work & play. All furniture and décor are new, fully stocked kitchen, ping pong, darts, laundry, coffee, patio, yard, standing desk, 2 king 1 queen memory foam beds, fast Wi-Fi! 3 TVs with cable/streaming, garage & driveway, steps to park, open space & rec-center. Super hosts with reasonable house rules, easy check out and minimal cleaning fee. Welcome to our spacious, private and comfortable house. The main living space is an open concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen all connected. In the living room you will find a comfortable love seat and reading chair along with plenty of space to unwind. There is a large dining room table that can accommodate 10+ people. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. It includes a brand-new gas range & dishwasher, spacious fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, knives & cutting board, glasses, flat-wear, and cooking utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, food and snacks. The den includes a large TV, brand new sections sofa and comfy chair. You can enjoy premium digital cable and Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. We’ve also added a soundbar that you can use with the TV or play music from your device with Bluetooth or an aux cord. There are three bathrooms which are all clean and comfortable. The main bathroom includes a large rain-head shower, tub, marble floating vanity, and is stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier. The master bath has a standing shower, and all bathrooms have tile floors. There is a good-sized back yard and covered patio and a two-car garage that you are free to use. The unit has its own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in the summer. You are walking/short driving distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. You have full access to the entire home, garage, and outside areas. We are full-time Airbnb hosts and take our guest satisfaction seriously. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. The park includes a creek, pond, woodlands, multiple bike and walking trails, large public sports fields, an 18-hole frisbee golf course and a nearby public recreation center with pool, gym, racquet ball and basketball courts. Just a few steps from your front door you will find a beautiful park and open space with views of the mountains. This home is 20 minutes from downtown Denver, 20 minutes from downtown Boulder, and 1.5 hours from most of the ski areas. 1 mile walk or short drive to public transportation 1STBANK Center is only 2 miles away, a 5 min drive or 30 minute walk and the Westin Hotel is less than a 10 minute walk. Very close to the bus, bike rides, shopping, recreation center, movie theaters, bars, restaurants, ice skating, and other conveniences.

We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and there was a small pet door for our daushound. Quiet neighborhood and close to park and fitness center.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Westminister. My husband, our 2-year old and myself were in town for a wedding and this location was absolutely perfect. We were lucky enough to stay in October when the neighborhood was decorated for Halloween, and we just had a ball looking at all the creative designs the neighbors came up with - LOL! The house itself was set up with all the conveniences of home (but better) and even had toddler-approved dishware and a highchair we were able to use. The beds were really comfortable, the check-in / check-out process was super easy, and the rules of the house were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we will definitely look to stay here during our next visit! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here with our two dogs. The home is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks and a short walk to a very large park with several paved trails. The beds and living areas were very comfortable and the backyard was well kept. There was a dog bag dispenser on the fence and a small doggie door. You can tell Todd & Bobbi really thought about what all would go into hosting their home. They had everything we needed, even things that might be overlooked, like ziplock bags and extra blankets and pillows. Plus they had a lovely coffee selection. The welcome book they left has restaurant, grocery, and other recommendations. It was a great help!

Was in town for our nieces wedding. The location, house set up, and neighborhood was great for what we needed. It was big enough for us to have about 20 family members over for dinner and have enough room to not be on top of each other. The grill worked great! Having the basement with the ping pong table and dart board was awesome. Our teen nieces and nephews were able to hang out downstairs. It is very close to great walking paths and park which we did walk every morning. Great escape from our hot TX weather! Todd was a great attentive host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It has spices and some basic essentials in cabinet and full size washer and dryer.

We felt safe and cozy in this home located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is located about half way between DIA and downtown Boulder. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It is roomy without being massive. It was the perfect spot for 7 adults and a child to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. Invited family over and we had a ball playing ping pong in the basement. Lots of space to spread out. We spent several hours on the back patio. Friendly neighborhood cat came over every day to keep us company.

We were pleased with the space this home provided. All the extras were a nice touch. We really appreciated the very comfortable beds and soft sheets. The kitchen was great to cook meals, and the table was large enough to seat our family and friends. The visiting neighborhood cat was a hoot. He's huge-probably the biggest cat we've ever seen. We would stay here again instead of getting a hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

The property was great! Plenty of space. The kids loved having a ping pong table in the basement. The owners provided small amenities which made traveling easier; Keurig with K cups, a basket full of snacks, dish soap and paper towels, everything needed to do laundry, books and magazines about the surrounding area, and board games. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the owners let us know they were available if anything came up. Good location. We took day trips to Boulder, RMNP, Garden of the Gods and Denver during the week. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location and plenty of space. Wholefoods, sprouts, Dave and Busters, AMC Movie Theatre, and much more minutes from the house. Good size patio and yard to hang out in. The darts and ping pong kept the teenagers off their phones. The hosts left plenty of great snacks and complimentary coffee and wine. Will look to stay there again next year.
