LIVING AREA Unwind in the welcoming living area, outfitted with a gas fireplace, 50in TV, and a plush sectional. KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the eight-person table. A breakfast bar accommodates four. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. Comfort awaits in the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, a twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 37in TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each provide a queen bed, while the guest bathroom is fitted with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a king bed, twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 42in TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination. A half bath offers added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA Relax in the fresh air on two decks. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway are provided. Street parking is not allowed October - May. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
