On starry nights, spend quality time together around the gas firepit. An elevated terrace boasts ocean views and a putting green. Enjoy an enviable location within walking distance of Tourmaline Beach as well as the shops and restaurants on La Jolla Boulevard. You'll also appreciate being an easy drive from downtown San Diego. Relax on the sectional in the living area and stream new releases on the TV with Roku. Curl up in the armchair with a book or set up a game from the provided collection. Stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops shine in the modern kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. Gather for festive vacation meals in the dining area. A washer/dryer plus beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella add convenience during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved this house. It had plenty of room, comfortable beds and plenty of towels.
There were 2 coffee makers (keurig and regular), hair dryers and an iron and ironing board. I asked about these items and were told they weren’t available, so was pleasantly surprised. House was clean and spacious. Hot tub was great on the cool evenings.

The home itself is nice. The inside is nice, clean, furniture is good, and the backyard is nice. The only issue with the home is the driveway. While it can fit 2-3 cars, given the location of the home relative to design of the street, you really need to exit the driveway in a forward position to be able to see any oncoming traffic coming around the corner.

Great location within walking distance to Oscars and some other restaurants. The house has a good layout, had most things we needed such as soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and lots of towels, and the views in the upper patio are great. However, that's about as far as it gets with the good. My group had more than a few issues with this unit that were manageable, but not the greatest for the experience.
The A/C unit worked very well in the common areas and one of the bedrooms, but did not reach the other rooms well enough to provide cool air throughout the night which left most of us hot at night. Another thing is that a lot of the cooking equipment seems to be in not the best shape.
The bathrooms were clean, but could have been cleaner as there was a tiny bit of grime around one of the sinks. The shower mats were obviously dirty, but they provided a floor towel which is kind of weird. The beds were clean and comfortable, but one of the extra pillows had blood stains on it so that made us weary of the cleanliness of the other pillows.
There were many stains on the common seating. The large ottoman has a large visible stain and the chairs and seating pad for the kitchen table also had visible stains on them. Another minor cleanliness thing was that the seating in the outdoor areas had lots cobwebs and the cushioned seating areas looked liked they have never been cleaned. Would have been nice if they could have at least wiped off the debris and webs.
The guest services communication was horrendous. Having asked a few questions it seems like this rental property company uses an AI service to answer questions. For example, I asked "Hello. How do the fans in the bathroom here work? They don’t seems to be turning on" and in response I got a definition of what bathroom fans are instead of how to operate them for this specific unit. I also asked how to operate the gas fire pit and they messaged me to build a fire with with tinder and a match which doesn't make sense for a gas fire pit.
Overall I probably would not come back to this unit or book through this company. I'm believe the cleaning people do a good job at general cleaning, but things like the stains, kitchen equipment, and communication all come down to the company owning this vacation home.

This house was nice and spacious for 6 adults.
It came fully equipment in the kitchen. Master king bed and pillows not very comforable. To enter and exit this property not the easiest since its on a busy road and incline. The outdoor set up and views we're amazing. Hot tub a plus!!
No golf balls anywhere to be found. The out door grills looked like they had not been cleaned in several months. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable.

The location and view were excellent as you could see the ocean from the top deck. It's a nice house that was close to all the sites we wanted to see and places to eat / drink. Please see my comments below that has more details of our feedback on the home. While we were pretty frustrated at times, but overall had a pretty good stay. If we were to rent this property again, we would ask more questions up front regarding things like the bbq and spa to ensure in good working order and would know to bring more supplies of our own.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was perfect for our family of 5. Close to the zoo, safari park and the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Had a minor issue cause by the wind storm and the property manager was there in no time. I would highly recommend this property. They are proactive with information and we had multiple contacts if we needed anything.

Our family enjoyed everything about this rental. It was very comfortable with 4BR and 3 full Baths. Newly remodeled with many upgraded features not found often. The hot tub and fire pit were also great as well as the lounge area in an elevated back yard with great ocean views. We would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for someplace for four women. We all had our own room, and with three bathrooms the accommodations were perfect. The outside area is beautiful. The only issue we had was with the outdoor fire pit which we would have used but we never got anybody to come to repair it. We had called the management and they were responsive but no one ever showed up and we were there for four days.

We had a seamless time, the place was well stocked and great location! We were a bit annoyed that the cleaners chased us out early on our check out day. We ended in our stress exit leaving behind some Airpods. We flew home and were able to locate them and called Vacasa multiple times and said they would retrieve and place in lost and found. No calls or follow up, so we tracked them again and they are at an address miles away at a personal address. 5077 westover place SD 92102. And then moved again to 3448 national Ave SD 92113. Sadly the poor owners have unwittingly hired thieves to manage their property. And have not done anything to rectify the situation but have a call center manager named Cedric hang up on us! Love the place, hate the CS

This house was perfect for a girls getaway. Located on La Jolla Mesa it was easy driving distance to both La Jolla Village/beaches and San Diego. The house was extremely clean upon check-in and seems brand new/updated completely. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and the bed/bath ratio was perfect. It hosted 8 of us very comfortably. We also loved the firepit for s'mores, outdoor table for brunch, and jaccuzzi. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for a girls getaway. Located on La Jolla Mesa it was easy driving distance to both La Jolla Village/beaches and San Diego. Great stay at a great property!
We had a great time staying at this property. The four bedrooms provided ample space for everyone to sleep, my kids loved the putting green and the hot tub, and those who did not warm up in the hot tub were able to warm up at the fire pit. The house was clean, there were plenty of linens and beach towels, and the kitchen had almost every cooking implement that we needed. Customer service was fabulous: At one point the dishwasher wouldn't work, and when we called for assistance they directed us to the circuit breaker, which solved the issue. All in all, a great stay at a great property!

Great City Escape
This is a great property, just a short walk to the ocean in Bird Rock. The house was as clean as any we have ever rented! The backyard is an exceptional place to hang out and enjoy the evenings or lazy mornings. We will be back.

Plenty of well designed space indoors and out. Loved walking to Kono’s on PB, Fig Tree, French bakery, oscars for great food or time on the beaches. Expect the hilly walks and driveway can be tough with slope and curve, but street parking was always available when family visited. An easy drive up or down the coast and great grocery store down the street. If you want great ocean views rent somewhere higher up but we felt the partial views were a great trade off for the walkable location.
