Blue Wave is located on the beachside, east of A1A, and offers a great vacation experience with sunrise and sunset views. You're steps from the dune walkover, with a private outdoor shower waiting to welcome you back to the house. Inside, the two-level living space offers the perfect setting to sit in the breeze. There's a well-appointed kitchen with everything need if you want to cook (as well as restaurants within walking distance), a washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable service. This part of St. Augustine offers you miles of biking, walking, and shell-collecting. You'll feel miles away from the stresses of daily life, yet you'll also be close to so much. It's a quick drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine with its restaurants, shops, museums, and pedestrian mall. Marineland is only five miles south and the quaint town of Flagler Beach is 25 miles south. THINGS TO KNOW This is a quiet neighborhood; no parties or large gatherings are allowed. Quiet time hours begin at 10 pm. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place was beautiful, just a short walk to the beach access. You can sit on the deck, see the ocean, and listen to the waves.

Location Location Location! This home is located in a residential area within a 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded and very family friendly. You can take your vehicle out in the beach as well as your dog. The home was well stocked with all things you need for enjoying the beach & games for rainy days. Loved having the outdoor shower to get the sand off before entering the house. The four bedrooms were perfect and spacious for our extended family.

The house was nice, convenient and in a nice area. But I booked through VRBO and then Vacasa sent me a bill for $300 more than the amount I booked through VRBO. I had to pay it or loose the booking. I called Vacasa several times and sent them all the documentation of the $300 discrepancy. I was on hold for a long time, then was told someone would call me back, but never did. So I ended up paying more than I agreed to before even starting my vacation with absolutely no explanation. Also, three of the four beds were very uncomfortable, not a deal breaker, just a heads up. But would definitely not recommend booking and properties through Vacasa. That is the only reason for the two stars, otherwise would be higher.

Great proximity to a beautiful beach. Nice and clean. I gave it 4 out of 5 only because the couches are pretty worn out, and the beach items (boogie boards, beach chairs) were broken and rusty and need replacement.

We were beach camping and the heat was to much. This house saved our Vacation. Super clean. They thought of everything. Beautiful home in an amazing location. We will be back next year.
