The property doesn’t have Air conditioner and because of garden front of appartment it’s full of mosquitoes during hot weather and it’s impossible to open even windows, and it’s lack of cleanness and location is out of the boundaries of any sharing vehicles and scooters.

Brilliant finding the keys, we loved the host who came to give us towels.

The sofa bed was great to put away but a little sinky, but we do understand that it’s a sofa bed and it was good for the price.

The apartment is in a quiet area of Paris. You do not have to be afraid to walk at night. The bus and the metro are about 5-10 minutes walk. Groceries at 3 minutes walk. The kitchen is well equipped. I liked the washing machine and the dishwasher, there was also dishwashing capsules. There were also consumables in both the kitchen and bathroom. It was very easy to get the keys following the instructions from the host. The bed sheet and the towels were clean.

Maybe as an upgrade a small coffee machine and a microwave oven would be great. The cleanliness was a big minus for us. It seemed that the floor was not mopped and the carpet was certainly not cleaned(full of dust and hair). The kitchen was covered in some kind of ash, maybe it got inside from the opened window. The matress in the bedroom was too soft. I felt like I am rolling off the bed.

The owner is very nice and helpful. She was always available when I needed something. Although the apartment is not in the centre it is very well located, close to the metro station and the Seine with walking paths. The apartment is bigger than it looks, ideal for one or two persons.

There is a busy street nearby, so if you sleep with the window open it is a bit noisy (there is less traffic during the night though). And, again if you sleep with the window open, there are quite some mosquitos - installing a mosquito net at the window would be a good idea.
