And with private beach access just blocks away, you’re never far from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! The spacious primary home features a designer floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a beautiful courtyard with a private pool. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flex-brew coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and all the dinnerware and cookware you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends. And with bar seating in the kitchen, in addition to seating for 8 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy! The luxurious living area has plush furnishings, large windows, and glass double doors leading to the private courtyard and pool. Catch up with old friends in the living room or retreat to the family room and enjoy your favorite show on the 65” Roku TV complete with Hulu Live. The first of two master bedrooms is located right off the living area and has direct access to the courtyard. Guests can enjoy a luxurious king bed, a flat screen HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a closet, and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed, a flat screen TV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition to the master bedroom, there is also a king bedroom and a double “bunk” room on the second floor. The king bedroom features a flat-screen television and is connected to the bunk room via a large jack and jill bathroom complete with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. The guest house is located just steps from the primary residence and connected by a small walkway. The main floor of the guest house offers a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a breakfast area with seating for four, a living area with an HDTV and a spacious king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to a second-floor landing overlooking the living area where guests can enjoy 4 additional twin beds. For your convenience, 258 St. Francis Drive N offers private beach access, complimentary WIFI, and a full-size washer/dryer. The Destin Commons and outlet mall are conveniently located just a few miles away. *Please note that the parking spaces in the garage are reserved for owners and are not accessible to guests. You my bring 4 cars to park in the driveway. The HOA does not allow any type of motorcycles, trailers, ATV or boats to be parked in this neighborhood. There is no street parking and the pool cannot be heated. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. This home was not what I expected. The reviews stated how clean and well kept this property was and that was not my experience at all. Things were broken all around the house (light fixtures, door handles falling off, and other small things), paint was chipped and scuffed. The pool house had a horrible chemical smell, the pool was filthy, master shower jets didn’t even spray with full force due to build up! I can keep going! I tried contacting housekeeping and never received a call back. If you are use to a well kept clean house I do not recommend this location!

While this house is incredibly large and can accommodate a large extended family there were some misleading things and drawbacks. First, the second house is over the garage making and the loft area with the four twin beds is EXTREMELY hot. They do provide fans but it was still warm in there. Additionally they truly only provide starters of items that you usually find in a rental (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We had to purchase our own toilet paper after spending a significant any amount on this rental. It was off putting and seemed cheap. Additionally they do not provide any beach items. We had to bring towels and purchase boogie boards and bring sand toys with us. Again for just a couple hundred dollars they could make the user experience more positive. Last issue we had was how LOUD the street is nearby. I know they can’t control this hit just know that you will hear the cars traveling at all hours. Most nights it’s not bad but starts up early in the morning On the plus side this house is large and the pool (whole small) was nice to have. The community pool is very close too. It’s in a nice gated community and walkable (1/2 mile) to the beach. We enjoyed the house and our time at the beach overall even with the annoyances.

My son was getting married in Destin and we wanted a house for all the family - enough space for everyone and this was it! Had 3 families here and everyone had their own space! We would rent again. Property Manager very responsive!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a great layout for our group of 15, 8 adults and 7 children. The few issues we had at check in were quickly taken care of and in a very pleasant manner. The pool was great for the kids and one of the community pools is just steps away. The inside of the home does need updating. The coffee table in the main area should be removed since it has a screw sticking out of the top. The king bed upstairs is two twins mattresses and there is no usable exit off the main bedroom to the patio. All that being said, the trip was a great success and we enjoyed our stay here. Just know the house is not perfect looking but it’s a great place to stay. Couldn’t have asked for more accommodating managers to work with. The beach is a bit of a hike, but discovered on last day we could park on south end of subdivision so the walk was easier on the littles. Thanks for a great 50th anniversary trip!

Beautiful home! We had a great experience! There are a few minor touches that could improve the experience. 1. Fix the stove top so it does not require manual ignition with a lighter. 2. Check the toilet in the carriage house because it takes a long time for the water to fill the take after usage. 3. The ceiling fans seem to have only one speed, high. 4. The knob for the fan on the range hood does not work. This is a fantastic unit in a great location! Again, these are minor observations that can be fixed in one day, and they would not keep me from renting this location again. Thanks for a great experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Pineapple Villa. Overall the home was clean, easy to access and in a very walkable community. A couple of downsides were the listing marketed this property as sleeping 18, which we needed. However, it only sleeps 16. Thankfully, we anticipated this error before going down and took an air mattress with us. Just be aware of the discrepancy before traveling (hopefully management will correct this soon on the listing). Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and no-one complained. The other thing to be aware of is the walk to the beach. It is just shy of 1/2 a mile walk. This was not a problem for our group, but those with little children might want to take this into consideration. The walk is easy and mainly through the neighborhood, which is cute and felt very safe. We would return to the Pineapple Villa in the future! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

All of the eating was done in the main house bc of the space and all the cookware was there. The knives were extremely dull, ALL the drinking glasses were dirty and there was no baking sheets or baking dishes. It only came with one roll of paper towel roll on each unit and 1 dishwasher pod. We wasnt sure how to cut the exterior lights on at the pool area and the white couch covers in the main house were extremely filthy. 4 min drive to the beach,10 mins from the outlets and restuarants. Didn't allow an early check in due to cleaning but the dishes, couch covers or floors weren't cleaned! Beds were comfortable, no issues with bathrooms

The home was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. All the information I received via email before arriving was on-point. I didn’t have ANY issues. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were upset that we didn’t reserve the home for more than 4 days.
