Location was kind of ok

No food… bed was not comfortable… no room service… electricity was off for sometime

The total space was good. It had a hall and huge window. Hot water was provided

Rooms were not clean. The bedsheet was dirty. All over place were red tobacca pan marks. I got sneezing and dust allergy Cockroaches were there too

The staff were polite and co operative . And the place is fairly okay .

They had no kitchen in the hotel . So even for a single tea we had to order . The room services didn't happen (brooming ,disposal of dustbin, taking back used and dirty dishes etc) .No changing of bedsheets . Also they have mentioned but there's no refrigerator in the rooms . The flush didn't work , and the air conditioner was pathetic .

No food available ! No arrangement made either. Not worth the value paid. No transport . Gates closed till 8 am and I had to wake up staff to get them open. Staff uncooperative . Not worth a second visit.

There was twin single beds instead of one double deluxe bed. There was one small quilt which was enough for a single person. And the bedsheets were shabby.

Flush wont work in one of the toilets. Hot. water didn't work in one of the bathrooms. Sheets were not clean and were torn up. Staff was excellent, very helpful. So although there were issues with the accommodation itself the staff professionalism sidelined it.
