Rooms were old facilities and food not as described

Nothing. This is the most disappointing hotel in my entire life.

I spent a maximum of an hour in this hotel after check-in, after which I left the hotel despite the fact that the room was booked for two days including full board. The hotel is very old, it stinks (not thermal springs, just stinks). Smell of cigarettes in the room, the pipes in the bathroom are clogged, the water in the washbasin is not washed off, other accessories in the bathroom are broken. The walls in the room, the curtains, the bed, the furniture are super old. If you check pictures of the hotel online, you can see a lot of young people, but it’s not true. This is a hotel for old grandmother and grandfathers, this is a place for the elderly. It was so bad… can’t find the words. The room was booked with no option to cancel, and the hotel was not flexible to make an exception. I didn’t get a refund, of course due to the agreement, but based on what is posted online, and what I saw in real, the management of the hotel should feel ashamed. This place does not meet any expectations, the same as their management and all the rest. Very very bad. I will avoid this terrible place and will not recommend to anyone.

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. The shows & evening entertainment are great. All of the staff are extremely friendly. It is perfect for families, there is so much for children to do.

Drinking water should be available at all times, not just when the main restaurant is open. You should be able to refill your own water bottles to reduce plastic waste & keep guests hydrated. Ice cream should be available in the restaurant in the evening, especially for children.

Food is 5*

Only a few members of the staff could speak english, it was a bit hard to explain ourselves.
