Beach is located just across the few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Units 100-400 are around the pool, area Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This unit is in the 700 building, around the shuffleboard court, on the backside. Central heat and air. Electronic door code for easy, self check-ins Wireless Wi-fi AND cable included. Linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. There is a nearby laundromat! Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf/beach stores within walking distance. There is a charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars, shopping is also close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 electronic parking pass is included, if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA.
