The inside of the place was nice. Trust the pictures. When I pulled up the outside looked a little sketchy, once I entered the property it was nice.

The decor is welcoming as you enter and the cleanliness superb! This sweet little spot has it all! Streaming, coffee, pool, shot glasses, and in the vicinity of all things cool near Fort Meyers! The neighbors are friendly and they look out for one another. We felt safe and loved the comforts of home during our vacation! The pool was perfect and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to serve family dinner after you hit the grocery store! We only stayed 3 nights, but will be back as soon as possible!

IT WAS REALLY A NICE PLACE. EVERTHING WAS NEW AND VERY CLEAN. EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED WAS THERE . BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. OTHER PEOPLE THERE WERE QUIET AND VEY FRIENDLY. GOOD LOCATION. WILL DEFIINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN. THIS PLACE DESERVES 5 STARS.

This property was a excellent price, it was super clean and had everything we needed plus a pool. There is still a lot of construction and cleanup being done in this area from the hurricane.

Our stay at Pedro’s property exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and so stylishly decorated with a cute “flip flops” and beach theme. There were so many amenities with everything that you could possibly need, such as condiments, water, beach towels, cooler, chairs and 2 bicycles. I especially liked the delicious coffee. There was a washer and dryer available with plenty of detergent and softener. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very well stocked. The parking was free and there was always somewhere to park. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly. I especially appreciated communicating with Pedro as he was always accessible. I definitely will book this property again when I return to Ft. Myers.

The location was perfect for us as we are in the process of putting our home back together from IAN. Less than 10 minutes away and convenient to all of our favorite restaurants etc. We would stay there again soon!

Clean, nicely decorated townhouse just minutes from Sanibel Island. Supplied with everything you need! Communication w/ Pedro was quick and efficient, and access was easy. Perfect spot for our quick getaway! We will be back....

The property was clean, functional and comfortable. Pedro and Ibis did an awesome job renovating it after hurricane Ian. Great job and appreciated the property.

Two story townhome completely remodeled after Hurricane Ian. Don't be alarmed by the devastation in the neighborhood. The drive approaching the unit goes past many places that are being reconstructed. The exterior of this complex has had damage. Once you are in the unit, it is reassuring that is beautiful. We loved the screened in porch that faces the pool. The pool is just steps away and we often had it to ourselves. Beach bikes are provided and were a fun activity. Laundry facilities in the unit were used and were appreciated. Our clothes were wet and dirty after kayaking in Manatee Park. The beautiful tiled shower was also appreciated after our busy days. We relaxed in the evening on the porch or watching movies on the TV with streaming services provided. Be aware that there have been more mosquitos and "No See Um"s" in Fort Meyers since Hurricane Ian.

Bed was very comfortable and well maintained condo. Very responsive owner and overall good experience. Only negative was we could smell faint cigarette smoke odor

We stayed here during Hurricane cleanup. The owners were very frank regarding the condition of the neighborhood area and ongoing construction around us. They were available for help immediately when we had a user error issue with the keypad lock. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Stairs to the bedrooms had a sturdy railing. Small bathrooms with a roomy shower upstairs with plenty of pressure and hot water. Neighbors seemed friendly but smoke outside their units in the common area. Furniture was comfortable and new. Unit included small stack washer/dryer that is noisy but cleaned very well and all soaps/detergents were provided. Would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was wonderful. Everything we needed for a home away from home. Extremely clean and very comfortable . The owners were awesome with communication. Great location to visit our family. Great location for a morning run each day. We hope to go back and we passed the location information on to our family.

This was a last minute planned vacation. The condo was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The host was amazing at communicating fast with me. Everything was stress free and resulted in a vacation that i could enjoy. The location was perfect in between sanibel and ft. Meyers. There was a pool right outside our door. I will definitely be booking here again when we decide to come back.
