Property was perfectly located walking distance to pool/clubhouse, and easy short distance drives to Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. All the employees of this community are awesome. Jorge the host was always very quick to reply when I needed some information

This home is tremendous. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious, with more bathrooms than you could need. There is a view of the ocean from the porch balcony where the grill sits, as well as really cool views from the rooftop. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and culinary items you need. The gated entrance with security is an extra level of safety to allow you to fully relax. The Puntazul community is superb. There are playgrounds for your children, and a great walking environment for your dogs. While this home isn't right on the strip or the beach, we found we preferred it this way. Initially, we thought it would be a hindrance to our festivities, but it was absolutely a plus. You can take a quick drive to downtown Rosarito, yet not be disturbed by the chaos of the main strip. The Aries Vacation club is literally across the street and the pool is outstanding. We swam everyday. It effectively operates as a hotel pool/bar/restaurant/gym in one. Everyone in the community is very friendly and welcoming, particularly the owners. Jorge and Nidia went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, knowledgeable and enjoying ourselves. They effortlessly walked the burdensome line of being attentive, yet not invasive. Thankfully, they were incredibly accommodating to our travel plans, and even helped us get in a day early when our plans changed. We will absolutely be returning, and I encourage anyone to come and enjoy this awesome place. It's cheaper than a hotel would be for all the rooms, and even more inviting. Plus, you can do your own laundry!

Great place, secure location with plenty of room for all to enjoy, which we all did, not to mention excellent host, quick to respond to any questions or needs and many suggestions to local activities. So close to Rosarito and the main carretera but you may find yourself not wanting to leave the community, everything you need is there and the pool area is really awesome with outdoor wood-fired pizza, bar and billiards. Already planning our return trip. Thank You Jorge, truly greatly appreciated.

Location is in a great community. Brand new area puntaazul. Pool/spa/gym with great views. The home has a roof area with great views as well. Home is big with enough space for all to enjoy.
