Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations as well as the expectations of my family. The property was beautiful and the attention to detail was wonderful. The view from the balcony was stunning and made for terrific sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this property and this host!

In town for a tourney and instead of a hotel, a few families got together for this perfectly spacious yet cozy home. Only 20 minutes to our games in Bentonville.

We enjoyed our “staycation” for a short little getaway. We live in Rogers and this lake house is so close to town we didn’t mind our stay only being so short. The house was beautiful and very clean. Looking through the guest book it looks like the property has been rented quite a bit but still pretty well maintained and professionally cleaned. Only 1 complaint we did have which is a small one was the pretty steep drive way. Other than that one little thing everything else was perfect especially the million dollar view. We had all the benefits of being on the lake with out actually being on the lake. Bug & critters were non existent unlike other lake houses we’ve rented on Beaver lake. Plus just a short walk across and you could be on the lake with the provided kayaks that they have. Definitely would recommend this Lake house. And we are already planning our next stay!
