This townhouse has 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children. • The lower level: The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. There is easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks and it’s not far to the nearest pool. Space for 2 car parking area + beach storage unit. • The main level: Upstairs on the tiled first level, you’ll find the modern open living/dining/kitchen, as well as a deck, a shared full bath and a queen bedroom. The cheery queen bedroom includes a Juliet balcony for catching those Gulf breezes. • The upper level: On the carpeted upper floor, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with its private bath and deck, as well as a bunk room with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 guests & a trundle bed and a shared bath in the hallway nearby. It is twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle. • 300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach.

Overall very good - need potholders and new no-stick frying pans. Coffee pot was dirty and had mildew. The entire place needs a good dusting, especially the fans.

What a beautiful, quiet place to recharge during fall break. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride up and down the strip, so many butterflies in November. We enjoyed the state park nearby, beaches weren't packed at all, at some points we had the beaches to ourselves. Definitely want to visit this gem of a place again.

The best place we have ever stayed on St. George Island. The kitchen is well stocked. We slept well because it was quiet and beds are comfortable. The Air Conditioner works well and is not noisy. It is clean & cozy
All these are a plus to a great stay. Thank-you for paying attention to many details. We hope to stay again. Lynne

The townhouse was nice and clean and in a good quiet area. The Keurig was nice! Only complaint was there needed to be more bath towels, washcloths, & dish towels.

This is a great place! Very clean and everything was in working order. The host was helpful and kind. There’s a boardwalk that goes directly from the back porch steps to the pool or the beach. 2 minute walk to the beach max! One of the best places we’ve stayed!

We've been coming to SGI for years and have actually stayed at other units in within the same complex. The owners of this one have done a nice job of upgrading and furnishing this unit making it fresh and inviting.
Our check in was very easy. We were sent simple directions for entry and house instructions. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled clean. That made me feel at ease quickly.
All the TV's and remotes worked perfectly (once we figured out where the volume was on the Roku remote).
The kitchen was WELL equipped with anything we needed and the cookware was good quality. Since we love coffee, the Cuisinart coffee maker made wonderful coffee. It has the cone filter basket so we were actually able to make a full 12 cups without coffee grounds. That's perfect for 5 adults who love coffee.
Everything looked exactly the way it was pictured on the website.
We had a couple requests and Nirmal was always right there and responsive to every question and so very helpful and gracious.
If you like cycling, this unit is very close to the state park entrance where you can pay $2 per person and ride the park. It's nice having the wide open space with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other.
Oh and it was 150 steps to the beach access - exactly! We counted. LOL

This is a great place to stay, especially for the price! Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms is very nice. I will say that the bunk beds are made for smaller kids, so keep that in mind. The balcony off the main bedroom was great as well as the one off the main living area. You can see the water from both. The kitchen was missing a few items like a measuring cup, pot holders, that kind of thing, but we made it work. Also, you will want to buy drinking water, but I would guess that goes for the whole complex. It is very close to the beach, less than two min walk. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

The condo was clean, cozy and had everything you need! The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures and had a nice boardwalk to the beach access. The beach was not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit on the SGI. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were actually closer to the pool and beach that it appeared in the pictures. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

This was our 3rd time in Ocean Mile 300 and first time in E1. We really enjoyed the size of the unit and how beautiful all of the updates are. A few of the additional things offered that made our stay great were the beach wagon, baby gates, and high chair.

This property is located on a quiet area of the panhandle. The condo was very clean and spacious and was nicely decorated to keep you in a beach mood. Not directly overlooking the ocean, you have a view of the water from the balcony and have access to the beach via a 5 minute walk through the property. Comfortable beds and the fact that each bedroom gets its own full bathroom makes it great for a group of friends on vacation. The St George island and nearby towns are not an action packed party center, but do offer some great seafood restaurants (one with a miniature golf course), beach shops, an ice cream shop, and nice fishing opportunities.

We had a wonderful week here with our family! The SHORT walk to the beach was so nice and easy with the boardwalk. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the pool! The house was perfect for our family and we loved that we could sit on the deck and hear and see the gulf! We even saw dolphins swimming by while sitting on the deck, just gorgeous!! We enjoyed the quiet slow pace of the Island, had perfect weather and can't wait to come back again!

We have never visited SGI and had a great time! This vacation is for those who want a relaxed pace and an island “feel”. We were pleased with our townhome and the little community it was located in because there were two pools and very close access to the Gulf. The location is on the farther east end of the island which makes it quiet, but also a bit farther from shops, Basketball court, etc. The island really is pretty long and narrow, so bring walking shoes, bikes (provided at townhome) or you may have to drive a couple miles to get to more action.
The property is well maintained, but a bit on the older side as a whole. Our unit was clean, but a bit smaller than anticipated (just pay attention to square footage-my fault).
Any of the locals we visited with indicated that the island really doesn’t get that busy. There are a couple fun places to eat (live music at Paddy’s) and some nice souvenir shops.
The beach was fun for fishing, crab hunting, shell finding and swimming😊. All in all, this was a great vacation and we loved the island!

8 of us total. 3 teenagers a 12 year old a 7 year old and a toddler. This place was perfect for us all. Clean and well kept.
2 of the 4 bikes were not really usable but we managed and the other items for the beach was perfect! Thank you for housing us and we will definitely consider this place again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well-appointed home with lots of little amenities to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Host was very helpful and communicative. Beach is wide and flat and good for long walks up to the National Park. We dipped in the pool and also played board games in the tables with umbrellas next to the pool. Appreciated use of beach chairs, bikes and umbrellas. A lovely stay.

This property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, and nice appliances. The furniture was comfortable, including the beds. The three full bathrooms with generous towels were a huge plus for our big family. The condo was steps to the pool and beach, which cannot be beat! There were bikes, beach chairs and beach towels to use, which were much appreciated and cut down on the amount of stuff we had to bring ourselves. We would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were excellent. Updated and clean. Only complaint I have for the entire stay doesn’t pertain to the townhouse but the full time tenants around. I chose this for vacation and to hang out with friends (4 other families went with us and stayed in their own townhouse and we rented another for our teenage sons to stay in). We sat on our decks in the evenings, talked and had drinks. Followed all the rules to a T. Still full time tenants would come out and complain we were being disrespectful. They chose to live in an area knowing people were going to come there on “vacation”. So we had to depart early every night to accommodate those that chose to live in a townhouse in a vacation community.
The area is beautiful and not crowded at all with many nice Florida dining spots. All around great memories with my family and friends. We all will be back.

Perfect place to be
Overall a very good experience! Very clean; well appointed with extras including gates for the stairs which was a life saver with a 2 year old! Beautiful setting; easy access to state park. Areas for improvement; cleaning person didn’t leave house until after 5 pm delaying the start of our vacation ; refrigerator didn’t get below safe temp of 45 degrees until 12 hours after our arrival, had to discard many pounds of steaks, ground meat and sliced deli meats at a considerable cost and inconvenience .
