BEACH CLOSURE NOTICE Unfortunately per the army core of Engineers, there will be a beach closure starting sometime around mid-July from Roosevelt Blvd to 14th Street North until sometime in the fall. If the beach is indeed closed, we recommend using the beach at 16th and Ocean. It’s wonderful with parking, not affected and Laguna Bar and Grill is there. :) Beautifully renovated 2 BR, 2 story condo. BEACH TAGS Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers. TV We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable. PARKING Parking onsite. TRASH Trash day is Wednesday. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen. Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. * No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected. * No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected * We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, * we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents *Please remove shoes *Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels). *Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. *If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older. *We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. *Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules.
