This rental was the perfect setup for our family! Kathy could not have been more welcoming and attentive - a premiere host for sure! Everything was as described and having games and all the amenities needed for the beach and backyard fun made for a wonderful stay! This would be our first choice if we vacation in OceanView/Bethany Beach area in the future! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle. The house was well equipped with everything you would need on a beach vacation. The house was roomy and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. We liked being only a short drive from grocery stores and restaurants. Another plus was the nearby Prickly Pear Trail and canal trail. Kathy and Tom were outstanding hosts!

Our stay was just a short one but our family enjoyed it very much. Home is extremely clean and comfortable. The backyard was a favorite with the grandchildren. The owner was very easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle! The house had everything we needed and a ton of games and beach equipment in the shed that kept our young kids occupied and excited. The location is good just a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream etc. The owners were quickly responsive to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

There were many great options for the kids to do while at the house. The yard is fenced- in so you don’t have to be concerned about traffic/strangers. The house was very cleanly and well stocked. And it is close to the beach - about 5 minutes away, and a supermarket is within walking distance

The property had all that we needed and probably more. We really loved the screened in porch. It was fairly close to the beach and other places to visit.

My family and I loved staying at the Sea Turtle. Definitely a great house to stay if you have toddlers. It has toys for the inside, outside, and the beach. Outside shower is a plus after beach trips. Only 8 minutes from Bethany Beach and boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again.

comfort, style and cleanliness was top notch. This rental had everything you could ever need on vacation. I was very impressed and can not think of anything I would suggest adding or fixing. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the awesome outdoor space but being there only 2 days we were on the run trying to pack in all of Bethany's attractions. 100% worth booking!

Clear directions on getting to and into the house along with accurate descriptions of all the amenities. Spacious and immaculate. So many areas to relax and enjoy family time! Lovely Screened in patio for board games and outside seating with a fire pit. Comfortable beds, large clean bathrooms, beautiful entertaining kitchen with everything you could need. Great location, close to beaches. We felt so safe and had a wonderful time.

Great house and backyard

Lots of dinning and sleeping space for all. House is fully stocked. Games indoors and out gives lots of options. Screened in porch is nice with hammock. Super close to grocery and stores. The home is off a main street so can be a little loud but otherwise a fabulous place in Oceanview DE.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our kids! We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the hammock. The house is a only a few minutes to the beach and many great restaurants. We will stay here again.

This property is wonderful for a beach vacation. Located less than 10 minutes from the beach, it was perfect for our family of 8. We wish we could have stayed longer. Kathy and Tom were very responsive to our needs as they arose (which were not many). I would highly recommend this property for a family like ours wanting to experience the beach and the surrounding areas.

This was a very convenient area to the grocery store, the bay and amenities that were offered inside the home. It was like home away from home. That you for sharing.

This house is super new and super clean. Great job owners ! This property is stack with utensils from a keurig kpod machine to utensils and pots. The beds are super comfy. The sheets and blankets are super clean. This is the best property I have booked in all my years going to Delaware. Thank you and good luck as vrboers. I will be back again !

From the start, Kathy was in touch and very responsive throughout the booking and rental process. The house was incredibly clean and had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of. We brought food to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked. We have a 2 and 4 yr old and there were a large collection of toys and books that my kids were thrilled to play with. We especially liked the screened in porch- I believe we ate every meal at the house there! And being only about 6 minutes away from Bethany beach was very convenient. My husband and I went with our son and family for a beach weekend. I was so impressed with this place! As soon as you walked in you could see and smell the cleanliness. The pictures do not do it justice! Beautifully decorated and attention to every detail! So many extra touches!The shed had so many outside games to play, kayaks, bikes, beach supplies and toys. We didn’t get a chance to use fire pit but they supplied wood. We loved sitting on screened in porch and relaxing in hammock. Just a wonderful house for us! Location was just as nice! Close to so much! We will definitely be back!!! Can’t recommend it enough!!!

This is a very clean, lovely beach house. We took our own condiments out of caution but almost everything we need was already there (very thoughtful). Place is suitable both for adults and kids; backyard and porch are the deciding features for us. Our family enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

My friends and I were blessed by this sweet place. It was very spacious with enough sleeping room for my party of 7 to spread out. The screened in porch with the hammock and surround sound speakers was nice to chill in anytime of day. The firepit worked out beautifully (also speakers nearby so you never lose the music).
