Clean and comfortable. Six of us sisters stayed here. Plenty of room to eat together and gather together in one area for conversation and meals and adult beverages. :-) Close to downtown St. Charles.

This was a very nice property and was accurately presented in the on line listing. My only minor disappointment is that the property could use a good deep cleaning (underneath and between cushions, etc.). We would come back if we ever need a place in this area again. The property was perfect for the groomsmen in a wedding party. If the bridesmaids were to have stayed there, they may have wanted it a bit cleaner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s in a nice neighborhood and was easy to walk into St Charles and down to the river. It was so accessible to the freeway and other conveniences such as stores etc. Spacious and clean as well as quiet. We had 7 adults very comfortably for the weekend. Check in was seamless and communication was fine with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Stayed here for the Harley Davidson HOG Rally. House was clean, neighborhood was quiet, neighbors that we spoke to were very. Suited our need perfectly.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

Perfect for a family trip to attend an event at Lindenwood University. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out since there is a second living room upstairs.

The place was nice. It could be amazing with nicer towels, sheets, kitchen accessories and toilet paper!

We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday by having a mother daughter weekend. Our mother, 3 of her daughters, and 4 of their daughters. This place was so spacious and open. The decor was so cute. My Daughter in KC is now actually thinking about moving to that area. The upstairs was great for the teens to hang out and yet plenty of room downstairs for games and meals. There were plenty if beds for everyone - no one had to sleep on a couch. The neighborhood was so quaint. We enjoyed a day of walking on main street with the shops and restaurants. We did an Escape Room and ate out at some really good restaurants. We felt very at home there. And plenty of parking in the long drive way -we had people in from California, Illinois, Kansas City, and local -so we had 4 cars. We enjoyed it so much we might start doing something like this every year. Thank you for sharing this home with us. It was a wonderful weekend.

This was a nicely renovated older home and close to the downtown area. Would most definitely stay here again.

We needed a central location for visiting with family to celebrate the holidays. The home worked well for this purpose. Would definitely book it again. It was clean and updated. A home this size could use more than 4 coffee mugs and supplying Kleenex tissues would be a nice addition, but these are minor enhancements- we just bought them ourselves.

Great place, however remote for TVwas confusing Vnice. Would have liked cable TV. Would have appreciated written directions where the working thermostat was. Kept trying old one in living room. As a result, very warm on 80 degree days (storm windows still on) and cold on Saturday. Couldn't figure out fireplace so written directions would have been helpful. Shower temps were sporadic, with occasionally only cold water. TY

We were in St. Louis to celebrate my mom's 99th birthday event. We needed a large kitchen for some food prep. The location was perfect in proximity to the hotel & event center. We have nothing but high fives & five stars for this stay. The showers were awesome too. Thank you for keeping your property so pristine. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!!

We had a small reunion of siblings here and it was perfect. There is a large kitchen and dining room and a big back yard. It was enough space to all be together as well as enough separate spaces for groups to sit and catch up. Everything was comfortable and easy! We would definitely stay again.

This was hands down the cleanest rental I have ever rented. The house, the linens, towels, dishes etc. Spotless!! The house is close enough to Main St that you could walk there if you are active. 20 minute walk beats searching for parking on busy festival days. The parking at the house is ample. Nice long driveway. The seating in the living room can accommodate a large group. We sat 8 comfortably. There’s a large comfy sectional and a very comfortable chair and ottoman to lounge around on. They could still add another chair and the room would still not be crowded. The dining room was also roomy and open to the living room. The kitchen was very large considering the age of the house. Everything in the house is fresh and updated. The people in our group staying upstairs absolutely loved the shower and the setup, with the sinks separated from the shower so someone could still use that area even if someone was showering. The only improvement I’d suggest would be instructions for operating the sleep-by-number beds. Unfortunately the two ladies that slept on the two queen beds with sleep by number mattresses didn’t realize what they were the first night and the beds were very uncomfortable when not ‘on’. They had difficulty figuring out the beds’ remote. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly.

This house is so spacious and welcoming! The neighborhood is a cute, quite area and felt very safe. There were plenty of sleeping areas for our large group that stayed the whole weekend. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The management was super helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This is everything adorable. I love the decor, the house is clean and newly furnished. The outside area is perfect for a bbq and the area is safe, with friendly neighbors!

My group had 10 adults, we had plenty of room. The house is in a nice safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking along the side of the house. Historic downtown St Charles is a very cool place too visit, nice shops and restaurants, free parking.

I had a great experience. Some minor things I would have liked would be darker curtains. The fridge didn't seem to work very well. But the stay was worth it. Awesome wifi service.

Would rent from them again. It was extremely warm and did not realize front door had to be completely closed or AC would be stressed. Host respectfully mentioned that to us. The AC seemed to be on a timer and would shut off it seemed around 4am which disrupted sleep a bit but I’m sure it could be easily addressed with a message to host.
