Great place to stay.

The location is perfect, close to everything restaurants, shops and the beach. Rooms are just great for sleeping, nothing fancy.

My TV didn’t not work properly, I wish I could select the room in advance.

We had to wait over two hours just to get the code for the keys to the room. We left several messages and no one got back to us. The owner of the restaurant downstairs came to our rescue and had a number to one of the managers! They claimed that they emailed me the instructions, but I NEVER received anything.

Clean and location

My neighbors had a huge party. Were very noisy. Also the lights on the porch were too bright for the whole night. Couldn’t sleep.

Fuimos estafados, una pesima experiencia.

No nos gusto nada de este hotel, soy un profesional del turismo con poco mas de 30 años de trabajo en el medio, este alojamiento es lo mas impersonal y poco serio que he visto en mi vida a nivel de servicios. Llevo 10 dias de vacaciones en hoteles y alojamientos en todas las zonas de Puerto Rico, todos han sido fantasticos, sencillos, bien ubicados pero en especial, responsables con sus clientes.

El hotel, si se le puede llamar asi, no tiene cartel de identificación alguna, en las instrucciones te indican localizarlo a continuación de una tienda de pinturas. No ofrecen servicio de recepción y logicamente nadie te instruye de casi nada asociado al alojamiento. La habitacion que nos signaron fue la numero 17 que da directamente a la calle del poblado, el ruido de los autos, motos, musica etc es enorme, casi no se puede dormir. El estado en general de la habitación, salvo de la cama y un mueble gavetero que son nuevos, es pesimo, muy mala iluminación, además, hay muchos detalles de mantenimiento como si no hubieran concluido trabajos de mantenimiento. Todo eso pudieramos pasarlo por alto, sin embargo lo peor es que nos estafarón al cargar un cargo adicional al servicio a nuestra tarjeta de creditos, nada mas salimos del hotel. Los llamamos de inmediato (apenas 15 minutos de nuestro check out) a pedir explicaciones. Nos indicaron que el cargo era porque la camarera que hacia el servicio de limpieza les habia notificado que no encontraban la llave de la habitación, lo cual era la razón del cargo. De inmediato les enviamos fotos de que habiamos depositado correctamente la llave en un buzón tal como habian indicado en sus complicadas instrucciones. Pedimos que nos hicieran el rembolso a lo cual varias horas despues notifican que era un cargo extra que faltaba de nuestra reserva, algo completamente falto y fraudulento ya que nuestra reserva fue cobrada debidamente según tarifa oficial de booking.com desde el 7 de noviembre del año anterior y que nos enviarian una factura al respecto. Han pasado ya mas de dos noches que salimos de ese lugar y aun no reembolsan nuestro dinero ni envián ningún documento al respecto. No se trata del valor del dinero en si, se trata de una falta de etica, seriedad, sentido de la atención a los clientes. Es una falta de respeto y seriedad. No recomendaria a ningún cliente alojarse en este hotel por la falta de valores que muestran.

We will definitely be back.

So me and my friends love staying here. It’s honestly our favorite. Convenient and we feel it’s in the middle of everything. And we love George at nacho libre and his staff. It’s wonderful to have that restaurant bar right there to enjoy.

The only thing that was a little bothersome was trying to get in touch with someone if needed. The sign on the door says open but the office was closed and it took a while for us to figure out how to get in touch with someone to get in the room. The pool needs to have a few lounge chairs out by the side. It would be nice to take the sun after going in the pool but there nothing to lay out on. Otherwise our stay was great.

I love it..

Almost every month, I stay in Rincón Inn because of the space, contable, clean and the price is great..The staff are excellent 👌..I recommend!

The staff is friendly and they tried to help in all aspects.

The place have a restaurant and they have live music all week at night and me and mi wife can sleep till pass 12:00 am. And the room the we have is on front of the property and is a very busy road all night and car with loud music and acceleration all night and the motorcycle all night is crazy. I am very disappointed.

Very good

I liked that it wasn't a big hotel which made it more friendly. Grounds were clean with constant work.

Bathroom window was just shutters that didn't close, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed and it was hot in there. Rooster was a bit annoying too.

I would never come back or recommended.

The facility was not prepare for lounging.

The facility was under repair and not ready for lodging. The sorroundings were not I fitted for leisure, walking and enjoying the surrounding and most of all the rate charge was not compatible with actual group conditions.

The facilities were bad, pool wasnt clean and has no night lumination, the airconditioning had a very bad noise, i could hardly sleep well all night..
