Strada unde se afla propietatea este foarte îngustă iar în fiecare dimineata masina de gunoi intra pe acesta strada, zgomotul este imens zica ca este în camera masina de gunoi, practic te trezesti instant la 5:30 cand apare masina care ridica tomberoanele.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were very clean and new. We had room service daily and our baby was able to crawl around with no worry about him getting dirty. Towels and sheets were crisp!
Fabulous location, close enough to the beach and in the centre but not noisey at all.
The staff were very polite and helpful with whatever request that we had.

We spent one week and liked the hotel very much. Very comfortable bed with really good pillows, clean and tidy with housekeeping every day. Our bed linen was changed several times, the bath towels are great quality and changed every day. Super friendly staff at the reception. The hotel is in the center of Hanioti, so plenty of restaurants and shops are closeby.
The hotel is located in the center, so only limited parking spots are available directly in front. However, a couple of streets away (3-4 min walk) there is a big parking for free.

Besides perfect accommodation and excellent location, what really makes this hotel so cosy and comfortable is the staff, they are so kind and helpful and make you feel like home❤️

Lovely hotel in the center of Hanioti, on a quiet street. The rooms are confortable, very clean and nice furnitured. The staff is very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet them and to stay at this hotel. Highly reccomended this location to stay in Kasandra.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Evitel Luxury Living. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and very hospitable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to everything.

I have been to many places in Hanioti, but this one by far is the best I have ever been.
Excetional rooms, modern equipment, very comfortable bed, and also a very large balcony.
The place was very clean, and it got cleaned everyday also.
Another thing that most places miss, but this one has it, is a strong wifi connection - there was no interruption at all.
Last but not least, the host Philippos is very kind, very helpful, and was available to us in every situation.
Definitely coming back on my next visit!

This is the best accommodation in Greece that I have ever chosen. Incredibly clean rooms, the most attentive staff 24 hours a day, the rooms have everything you need for a stay, the location is more than ideal, you literally feel like you are at home. In less words - a place to forget about everyday life and enjoy to the fullest! We look forward to coming back to you! 🫶🏽

Very modern, stylish and clean. The property has an amazing
location (3mins to the beach on foot) and is located right at the
center of the city. The staff were extremely nice and polite.
Overall, we had an amazing experience at this place and we definitely
recommend it.
