Gulf Strand Resort is a lovely beachfront complex with a heated pool, hot tub, and gas grills. Centrally located, the Gulf Strand Resort is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Adventure seekers can explore the blue waters by renting jet skis, parasails, or boats just minutes away. Downtown St. Pete is a short drive and is sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award-winning Fort De Soto Park, and the St. Petersburg Pier. For the sports fan, the always competitive and entertaining Tampa Bay Rays are a hop, skip, and a jump away. Inside, the living room's cool blue and white tones mimic the sandy shores and crystal waters just outdoors. This delightful space has a well-equipped kitchen updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Other handy features include a washer/dryer, beach towels, and chairs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Nice small condo facing Gulf Blvd and public beach parking. Not a lot of amenities for cooking, just the bare basics. The Condo had at least 4 electronic “room fresheners”, which were overpowering.

Condo decorated nicely. Comfy Bed. On the beach where cabanas are available. Small pool. Pool chairs need updated.
Condo is located right across the street from Publix, Dollar Tree, and restaurants. Easiest to walk as the road is super busy.

Tried to get in a little early r told NO but unit was clean and empty. Unit wad beautiful and we had a great time. Would come back. Right on the brach

When we arrived we found the unit to be at the streetside corner of an old motel type set up.
1. The pictures and description of the unit are extremely illuding. Grant it its a decently furnished unit (fence the 2 stars), there is absolutely positively no view of the beach from the unit but instead the parking lot of the public beach parking (where the police staged every night), and the shell gas station across the street.
2. The motel is on the main strip so it was LOUD all the time. Sirens, police, firetrucks, cars racing, motorcycles, firetruck, etc.
3. The pool is the size of an oversized tub and the area around it is not the cleanest so we couldn't enjoy that amenity. And those grills down in that dark basement area? NO THANK YOU.
4. We arrived the evening of 7/6 (11pm) and soon realized the toilet in the main bathroom near the front door did not work, had no water was running to it, and didn't have any water in the reservoir when we tried to flush it. We called it in on 7/7, spoke with a woman from the support line who said she'd get it reported and was sending someone to us. No one ever showed up and the toilet remained with urine and tissue in it, which eventually began to create an odor. Our trip was impacted by inconvenience and that odor EVERY DAY. We paid $356 (most likely for "maintenance and cleaning fees") and yet, we couldn't get the toilet fixed - when it was broke to begin with. There wasn't even a note informing us before our stay. We emailed VACASA yesterday and still no one has reached back out. But that maintenance lady sure showed up to get the room ready for the next guess at 10am on the dot! And then we're asked to help the cleaning crew by washing linen and dishes??? Won't do that location again.

Central location great mall across street with grocery store, charter boats behind CVS. Take the boat such a great trip. We used an Uber service, no car very walkable.
Very clean comfortable accomodations, nicely furnished comfy bed everything you need .
We would definitely come back to this amazing condo!

4th time using Teeming Vacation Rentals. Great company to work with. This was our third time staying at gulf strand. I would stay at any of the 3 but #308 was our favorite. The owners left a basket with all kind of snacks and a bottle of wine! Right on the beach and close to everything. Publix is across the street. If you don’t want to cook or go out Publix has a great made to order sub sandwich. The condo is clean and there’s a closet with chairs etc. for the beach. There’s a bathroom by the pool. Don’t let the outside of the drunken clam fool you, looks like a dump but has the best wings! No need for a car, you can take the trolley all the way to Clearwater and back. Free beach rides is another way to go and Freebee ride will take you to pass a grille.

Beautiful condo! It was clean & had everything we needed provided in the condo. The location was perfect/unbeatable! Publix is across the street, great restaurants nearby, & the beach is at your front door! Very convenient & very walkable. Highly recommend this unit!

Clean, cute, comfortable- great location! The condo had everything we needed which made my trip so much more relaxing- but if you did need something there are stores very close. We had a great time- the bed was really comfortable.

Great beach getaway
Great location to the beach for walking and hanging out on the beach, along with easy access to get to St. Petersburg area! Thank you very much for the detailed binder of points of interests! We had everything we needed! At certain times, Gulf Blvd can be a little noisy.

Great room with adequate Kitchen and 2 full bathrooms! Close to the grocery store & restaurants. Great use of space and furniture was clean and updated. Good closet space & nice balcony. We really enjoyed it!

Had a wonderful stay at this property!! Literally steps to the beach with a private entrance, pool and items to bring to beach (umbrellas/chairs/etc). It’s in a great location with lots of delicious restaurants and fun bars. I would definitely like to return to this property when I return to St. Pete’s beach’s

Recently remodeled, clean unit and exactly as described. Location was probably the best on the beach and we used both the pool and the beach equally. Unit was well stocked and with grocery store and pharmacy across the street we always had everything we needed. Also management was very responsive to our questions and helpful. We will be back.

This condo was the perfect spot to spend a week at the beach. Beautifully decorated. Clean, well supplied kitchen, comfortable bed, easy access to the beach or pool if you prefer. Location is great for restaurants, grocery store, and most importantly, a beautiful beach. Loved the convenience of have washer and dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Upon check-in, we were greeted with a great gift basket and a kind note from the hosts. Such a nice touch! The king sized bed was so comfortable and we slept better here than we do in our own bed at home! We had 2 guests sleep on the pull-out couch and they said it was spacious and comfy. The 2nd bathroom was super handy for our guests too. There were beach chairs and equipment available to us in the closet, as well as a puzzle and monopoly. There were so many activities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here! Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms! 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo on beach
We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean condo that is right on the beach. It is close to the grocery store and several beach bars/ restaurants are within walking distance. The second full bathroom was a plus. The use of the beach chairs was nice also. Will look to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic time! It was beautiful, it was a real vacation. Great convenient places around to grab food. Very relaxing very chilled! Everything that was mentioned or pictured on site was actually there it was like a dream. We will definitely be booking again.

There were enough starter items such as soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and even a couple of coffee pods to get us through until we could walk to publix. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans worked great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and we took advantage of the Freebie and the free beach rides. The roku tv was great when we needed time to just rest a bit. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here on our next trip to St. Pete!
