Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 62, 8 minutes from airport, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. -Spacious fully stocked kitchen with large island -Large SmartTV -Master Bedroom includes a king bed & attached bathroom -Newly remodelled hall bath with double vanity and deep tub Please contact us if Airbnb's algorithms won't let you book, they are trying to avoid parties. We have a way around it. ** Please note, the hot tub in the back yard is under maintenance/repair and NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. ** We live in town, but not at the residence. You can reach us by messaging. 1980's subdivision, home is at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Close access to Freeway, Airport, shopping, restaurants, bus stop, school park, and other amenities. Check-in 4pm - Check-out 10am The laundry area is shared with the guest studio at the back of the property. All other areas of the home are private, including the front & back yards, driveway parking, entrance, and heating, A/c. There is a bus stop within walking distance, great walking/biking neighborhood, Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are readily available.

The place was clean, & quiet. However, It was within the hour of check in before we received an address or a door code. A little stressful since we were traveling over 300 miles. Called and left messages but we did not receive a call or text back. We got a little nervous, but a text came in at the last minute with the info we needed. The back door to the yard , was extremely hard to open and appears to need a new handle. Again the house was quiet and clean and beds were compfortable.

Loved the house. No problems except the back door was real hard to open. We were afraid we’d break it so we left it open most of the time. They had the air conditioning on when we got there and the home was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We were able to get out and get to stores and restaurants quick. They had all the stuff in the kitchen just like home. We would stay again for sure.

The house was very clean, new bathrooms, stocked with what you need and extras! It is a really quiet and nice neighborhood. The backyard was great for a family with teens. The house is also very pet friendly! We brought our 2 small dogs. The house had toys, water and food dishes, leashes, and a large outside shade kennel. If I'm ever back in Medford I'd definitely stay again!

We all enjoyed this house very much. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Check in and check out was super easy. Thanks for an excellent space to use as base camp!

Beds were so comfy! Minor things need fixed, but overall it was all we needed and great for our two nights.

We stayed one night in this VRBO. It was very clean and cozy. Convenient to most locations. Note there is a shred laundry space with rear tenant and when we stayed, the info said there was Netflix but there were only a handful of channels of regular tv and the tv in the bedroom didn’t seem to work.

We stopped in Medford for short stay and stayed at the house. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, and it is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is large enough for a family and is well stocked for cooking. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
