Outside, gather around the propane fire table and savor a few glasses of wine in your private, fenced yard - ideal for the kids to safely run and play. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. The main bedroom features a California King bed. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Location was great. Backyard with fire pit was fun. Perfect space for the four of us

Overall - it was a good experience. Good location for the area - getting to and from places of interest. Short walking distance to downtown. The place was clean and updated. Beds were good. Things that were not ideal - busy street with little parking. Dish Washer did not work properly - Either replace or fix. The bushes should be cut back in the front to allow better visual of street when backing out.
