Thanks! 🙂 This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is in the very desirable and centrally located Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert and managed by one of the most popular property managers in the area. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gorgeous ground level condo is popular, filled with light and very tastefully updated and appointed. The unit looks out on a large, grassy area with gorgeous views and West and Northwest sun exposure. The home is conveniently located just steps away from a sun-soaked pool and hot tub complex. There are over 32 in this complex! The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite with 2 huge, wall length closets and a massive, two vanity bathroom. The guest bedroom offers twin size beds and a very comfortable desk/workstation if you absolutely must work while on vacation here. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper mattress. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and master bedroom and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even Showtime. Both TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on the patio in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals. As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day. In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? We stayed here for a few days after Christmas to get out of town and just relax. The property is quiet and close to everything. We brought our dog who also enjoyed the area very much.

This is a bright condo in a relaxing setting. Golf course was very good and reasonably priced. Easy to get to area restaurants, hiking, and shopping. Drew was very friendly, organized and communicative throughout the entire process.

Our time at this property was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of our 9-5 lives. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Drew, our host, was extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We hope to come back every year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with the availability of 3 bicycles, covered bottom floor back patio, bbq, and large swimming pool and hot tub just steps away. The condo was sunny and bright, clean, with comfortable beds and living room recliners/sofas, and a big screen TV. Highly recommended.

The property is clean and updated. The kitchen is very nice, with everything we needed. The manager, Drew, was so helpful and kind to work with. We LOVED the location so close to the pool and hot tub. The towels and bedding were nice and new feeling. And Desert Falls was so central to everywhere we wanted to go. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay...we will be back!!!

The property looked just like the pictures online. It was very clean and well stocked. The Host was excellent. He answered questions promptly and checked in often to make sure everything was up to standards. We arrived late in the evening so he had the lights and AC on awaiting our arrival. I highly recommend this property and will book again if I return to the area.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic golf club community. Everything was immaculate, great location right near the pool and golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the patio having coffee in the mornings and then cocktails in the evening. Drew was very attentive and communicated throughout the process. We're in the process of buying our second home there, but will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a short term rental!

This is a great place. It’s extremely well managed by Drew. It was clean,well equipped and in a great location (the pool is right behind the unit). Drew checked in with us regularly. I have nothing but good things to say about the condo, and the manager. Here is an example-the condo was equipped with 2 bicycles, one of which quit at the end of the driveway. I called drew and within 2 days he replace the bike

We loved this property!! Drew, the property manager, was so accommodating from start to finish. He was quick with a friendly response whenever I had a question and provided very clear instructions upon check in and check out. The home is nicely updated and the space was very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen was probably one of the best we've encountered in terms of how well it was stocked. We made our breakfasts and lunches, and had everything we needed. Desert Falls CC is a nice, quiet community. We loved playing tennis each morning at the tennis center before heading to the pool (just a few steps away from the condo). We loved sitting out on the patio for coffee or wine. All in all we had no complaints and would come back to this lovely home in a heartbeat.

This condo is very well maintained with nice amenities. The appliances are all newish and very clean, as was the entire condo. We especially enjoyed having the pool and hot tub so close. Fun times playing pickleball with drop in times every morning. We were here on a golf vacation and all though we didn’t play Desert Falls, we enjoyed several of the area courses. We lucked out with near perfect weather every day…..not bad for the middle of January. The property manager, Drew, was very attentive and made sure that we were happy and enjoying the good life!

This is a lovely property in a beautiful golf club community. The home is equipped with great amenities such as quality cooking pans and utensils. The master bed is soft and inviting. The home contains a second bedroom with twin beds and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
