The best vacation cottage I we have stayed at on the Cape

We have spent 1 week in this wonderful property in West Yarmouth. It is a newly renovated house, with many charming details. The location is stunning- in the middle of nature, calm and relaxing and still everything you need is reachable within minutes. The communication with the owner was easy, Yana responded quickly to all questions we had.
We would love to return and can highly recommend this property.

Yana was lovely and communicated perfectly. The house is well decorated and we were greeted with a nice bottle of rosé. The shed had all the beach gear/toys you need. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and outdoors had a nice grill and a fancy smoker I didn't try to use. Neighborhood had several other families renting, so all the kids could play. This is a more residential neighborhood, so you cant walk to much, but that also meant it was quieter and peaceful.
