Comfortable place to stay. Girlfriends and I rented this place to decorate for a baby shower at a location in Biggs CA. It worked out beautifully. So close to downtown and the menu recommendations were awesome to review the menu and decide our meal plans. The only downside was no coffee pot for regular coffee. They had a pod coffee pot.

We really enjoyed staying at this cute little place in Chico. It is as nice as the photos indicate. Walkable to a breakfast place and the natural foods store right around the corner.

Cute, comfy, and clean bungalow close to campus and downtown. The host is considerate, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners thought of every detail. As someone who has stayed in many VRBO’s and AirB&Bs, small things like coffee pods, spices, and shower supplies can make a trip so much more enjoyable. It was really nice not to have to run to the store! We were in town for our sons graduation from the Fish & Wildlife academy. The location was perfect for his graduation events, and downtown eateries.

Our stay was fabulous! The house is centrally located to a variety of activities - downtown farmer's market/street fair, fun restaurants, Chico State University, Bidwell Park, etc. The street in front of the house was very busy, and the narrow driveway was a bit challenging, but this didn't lessen the fun we had. The hosts were very receptive and quick to respond to questions and requests. Very helpful and courteous. Overall, a great time!

We loved our stay at this property in Chico! Walking distance to everything but our favorites to highlight are going Schubert’s and the farmer’s market. Parking was plentiful on the street side. The space was very clean. Each room had ceiling fans and air conditioning units. Thank you Deserae for being a wonderful host! We would love to stay here again the next time we visit.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly like pictures, very clean and updated. The bikes were an awesome amenity. My only downside was the busy street with kids but the back yard was a great place to hang out. Very well stocked with things you may need.

This sweet space was a dream come true for a personal retreat that was convenient, simple and soothing. The rooms, the furnishings and communications with the host were all delightful.

Trip for son to check out college and visit local family and see potentially what a student neighborhood would be like for him to live in when going to school. Location was great for going downtown and going to campus. Easy to get to and from 99. Enjoyed games provided in back seating area with family. Only downside for me was the offstreet parking was too narrow for my car to park in (small SUV), but there was plenty of street parking, and had no issues with car on the street. Even with houses all around, felt very private and never heard a sound from neighbors.

I’m writing this on behalf of my French family who stayed at the house. They were very happy with the cleanliness of the property and the location. They were able to walk all over. The traffic was a little daunting. You had to be very careful getting in and out of the vehicle. The only real complaint was the smell of smoke. My daughter in law scrubbed the walls, opened windows, used scented candles and air freshener, but the smell was still there. All in all, they loved their stay, and I hope they will return soon.

My husband stayed here for a special event at Chico. The Check-in process was straightforward and the house was ready at check-in time. Very clean and close to everything in the downtown and University area. The house is on a busy street but that is to be expected when staying downtown and close to everything. Thank you so much to Deserae for her communication and opening up her lovely home!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental home. The home was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. I loved the simplicity and charm. I appreciated that the host had a binder that displayed the various restaurants in the area (including menus) and other tourist attractions information. I liked the floor layout of home, the design of kitchen and bathroom too. What also made our stay comfortable was the ceiling fans and the window air conditioners in both bedrooms and living room/den area. The host was very welcoming and did an awesome job with communicating with me. I felt welcomed and everything I needed was already provided and anticipated. I was so excited to be there. What was also remarkable was the peace I experienced just being in the home. I am both grateful to the host and God for blessing us with the opportunity to stay in this cute home.
