Welcome to your home away from home on beautiful Lake Murray! Plenty of living space for one or multiple families. Inviting open floor plan will keep you and your guests comfortable and enjoying your sweet escape. Comfort and serenity are our goals for you. This spacious chalet is on 1/2 acre, steps from your personal Lake Murray experience. Come sail "A Wave from it All" with us. This lakeside home boasts a beautiful vaulted living room, 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a sunroom, full kitchen, loft, deck, patio, washer, dryer and more (can sleep 15 max with an aerobed you provide or pack-n-play we provide). Wifi available. Smart TV mounted above seasonal gas fireplace. Additional smart TV in one of the lower level bedrooms. If you're traveling with fewer people, please look for our 3 bedroom "Lake Murray Gem." This tri-level home is a rare find, with a walkout basement on Lake Murray! Full, private access to house and yard. This lovely home is right on Lake Murray with dock for boat tie-up, swimming and sunning. 2 kayaks, one paddle boat and life jackets for all ages on the premises. Boat ramp and rentals only 1 mile away and stand-up paddle board rentals 5 miles away. Please review all our amenities as we offer quite a few. Wireless internet, BBQ grill, deck, porch, games and more for your ease and enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee provided, blender, crockpot and more! Rental waiver must be signed to complete booking. Instacart available for delivery from Lowes Foods grocery store (and pick-up from multiple stores). 20 miles to beautiful downtown Lexington and quaint downtown Leesville. A guide book with our recommendations is present in the home & can be viewed at check-in.

The house sleeps 15, yet the dining table seats only 6. We had 12 people. The "Coffee Bar" did not exist. We had to buy a Keurig. The second TV did not exist.
Renting a house in November without blankets was very uncomfortable. Had we known, we could have brought blankets. The layout of the house was nice and offered a good view. Parking was good. The location was good. Too bad a lovely house was spoiled with such shortcomings. And, even with cars in the parking area and lights on in the house, one of the owners used his key to enter the house unannounced -- no knock on the door, no ringing the doorbell. Our sense of security was shaken. Who are you he asked of my sister.

We had family coming in from Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina to enjoy a relaxing weekend together and watch some Gamecock football. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of space indoors and outside. Be sure to sign the waiver to use the kayaks and paddle boat as well!

Well equipted kitchen, great deck (except for the barking dogs) and plenty of space so that no one was on top of each other all the time. Enjoyed it

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it was beautiful in the inside and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and lots of towels. We had a slight problem with the lockbox but eventually got in. The check out process was really easy and I appreciated that as guests we did not have to do to much when leaving. Highly recommend staying here and we were visiting our son with friends from USC and easy to get back and forth.

This is a beautiful property with a very deep cove for your boat. The Host was very responsive and accommodating. Very nice quiet cove with a very clean home to enjoy a family trip.

It was a perfect house for family. The house was right in the water with a boat dock. 3 floors, plenty of spread out space for 4 sets of family members. The owners were great to communicate with, they were so accommodating

The home was great and served well for our purposes. The property owners were very responsive. The property was as described. The one small opportunity would be to have a small air conditioner in the sitting room off the kitchen to have another gathering space. Else, the property is perfect and certainly would rent again.

What a great property! Perfect for our family-
Loved how spacious and roomy everything was. The kitchen was stocked so loved that, too! Need a ceiling fan or box fan in top room upstairs. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Would love to go back!

This was a great home for my family, from different states, to stay at and visit with during our short wedding weekend. It provided adequate and comfortable spaces to visit with each other as well as sleeping areas. It is a cheery and brightly lit home. Our views of the lake were beautiful and provided a nice back drop for our family and preparation bridle pictures. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely lake home during this special time in our lives.

This property was so wonderful! Incredibly clean and accommodating for our group of 7. The kayaks were the winning ticket for us. We loved exploring the lake! Minutes away from a boat rental and a quiet property. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

This was by far one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. This property was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at. It was as described on the listing. It was a very quiet neighborhood, the lake was a perfect spot to rest and relax.
