Pathetic n waste of money

Nothing, the location was to congested. There were no hair dryer, snacks in fridge, they give us just one towel and their toiletries were not full. Moreover the rooms were congested and they provide just 2 teabags n milk sachet no extra water bottles just one

Good

Heritage building is very cool but expensive. Executive king room was clean and has all the amenities. Good if you want to stay at hotel premises through out your trip.

Studio portion doesn't have any view at all. I booked it and instantly switched to heritage portion paying hefty amount. Studio rooms were smelly and not upto the mark. Restaurant was really expensive but food was good comparing what you get in Murree.

Location was great

There were no towels or washroom amenities, I told room service and reception but no response, and the next morning I complained when I checked out the person in the receptionist told me that the room with all supplies was locked. Can you believe this?

Ok but they can be better.

It was clean and nice place to stay.

I stayed 2 nights and it was very uncomfortable at night to sleep. Too much noise from neighbours and also from the other side room. The rooms should be soundproof and in this particular thing they have to improve.

A good place to stay to explore Murree & Gullyiat with reasonable prices

The staff is very friendly, cooperative and supportive. Location is good and car parking is available for visitors. Food quality is also very good.

The only downside is that the Queen Studio Rooms are not 5 star. The old building or executive suite are no doubt of star standards however, the block with studios are not five star in terms of amenities and comfort. The management should advertise it clearly as the whole advertising is for a five star facility which is not the true reflection of actual rooms, as explained the main hotel building with executive rooms are of 5 star standards while the queen studios could be of 3 star standards in real.

Really poor behaviour by staff

The building is lovely. Of course, unless you pay a lot more, you end up in the concrete and glad block next to the old building. But it's clean, comfortable and well done.

The staff did not let us sleep. We paid a deposit the day before we arrived (although this was not mentioned on booking.com). On arrival, we were not charged. However, after I had gone to sleep, on the first night, at 10.15pm out so, we got a call on the room phone asking that i paid. I asked them why they were demanding money so late and they mumbled something about their accounts. The next day, I went to reception complained about the late nature of the call and paid what they asked. The next day, another demand for money. I asked them to take 4 times my entire bill just so that they would stop bothering me. They insisted on taking just 25k. In the meantime, they delivered my laundry 7 hours late and then at 10.28pm turned up at the door asking me to sign for it. Now I've been woken two nights out of three. To top it off they managed to call me before 9am and woke me up again. They apologised but this shows such a lack of decency. Who the hell bangs on a door or calls after 10pm? Especially when I had paid whatever they asked whenever they asked. I offered to give them 200,000 to leave me alone (my final bill came to about 55k) but their processes are their processes and guest comfort is a distant concern. I'll not go back again.

Lovely building with warm rooms and hot water.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were very comfortably warm with inverters working. Hot water readily available within seconds . Bathrooms and rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was very helpful. There was Netflix and YouTube in each room . Lots of space with sofa beds in the living room. So if you travel with family it is easily accommodated. In bigger studio separate toilet and bathroom is easy if you have more people sharing the room. The lovely lawn was a wonderful place to hangout. Dining hall is magnificent.

We had three rooms. Clocks were not working. We asked for Dawn newspaper it was not provided. The promised rooms were not provided. Booking,com showed us different rooms but what we got were different. There was no balcony, bathrobes and it wasn’t sound proof, which was mentioned in the booking. We asked for room with the view and rooms close by but couldn’t get those. Check in took a very long time. More than an hour although we had told about arrival timings, requested for early check in as we traveled with very old parents. Only the heritage building rooms were shown before booking but we got rooms in another building with no views. It wasn’t clear that heritage building is altogether different.

Warm rooms, hot water, clean baths, lovely building, splendid garden

We had three rooms and stayed with our ninety years old parents.for three nights.Very friendly and helpful staff , perhaps better than some five star hotels. Warm rooms with inverters suited our elderly parents. Running hot water available in seconds. Excellent breakfast in a magnificent dining hall. Excellent location. Close to Mall . great location..splendid heritage building. Lovely lawns. Netflix and YouTube available in each room. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping was very helpful. They even cleaned our personal cutlery and were available all the time. Safe and secure. Dilawar, was a very friendly and helpful staff member. Nida and Ali at front desk were also very cooperative. WiFi available all the time. All in all a very good experience. We didn't have children but there's was lots of room if there were more family members with extra sofa beds and separate toilets and bathrooms. So much of paly areas . Wish our grandkids had also come.

Clocks didn't work. No option of newspaper in the room. Booking. Com showed different rooms with different facilities but what we got was different. We were only shown heritage building rooms but our actual booking was made in different rooms with not so good views. We had to get our room changed for better views and hotel management helped us. I suggest there should be more coordination between booking. Com and the hotel. We were told no prepayment was needed but at the hotel we found out that it was easier to get better rooms if payments were made beforehand. So I suggest this should be mentioned if you go through booking. Com. Our rooms were not sound proof and we had to ask the neighbors to stop making loud music at midnight. When ordering food from outside it was difficult for the rider to deliver to the rooms. Also I realized that emails sent to booking. Com are not regularly monitored. No major complaints.
