We are located above the snow line. MUD AND SNOW TIRES WITH ALL WHEEL DRIVE OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED BY CHP AND CALTRANS ON I80. BETWEEN THANKSGIVING AND MEMORIAL DAY UNPREDICTABLE AMOUNTS OF SNOW MAKE IT CHALLENGING TO GET TO THIS PROPERTY AND ALSO UP THE STEEP DRIVEWAY WITHOUT CHAINS. We will work with the proper equipment to remove snow on the driveway prior to and during your stay as necessary. Placer County works to clear the local roads during these conditions.
