I was cheated systematically...

cleanliness

The staff told me that my reservation is not there and asked me to pay full rent of Rs.2200/- per night, where as I had booked at Rs.1500/- per night two days before. I had to call OYO helpline and they rebooked the property @ Rs.1150/- per night for me. However the property refused to accept the new rate of Rs. 1150/-. Finally I had no choice but to pay Rs. 1500/- per night. I AM STLL PUZZELED, WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ADVANCED BOOKING????

The room is booked and shown differently. Extra money needed to be paid during taking the rooms. Initial room.booked for 3 pax but the room shown for 2 pax and I need to fork another 1k rupees to cater down for 3 pax.
