The place was in the best spot. We felt so lucky to have snapped up a dog friendly place in that spot so close to Easter. And we had a ripper time. The place had everything you need and was comfortable and clean.

great location, spacious, homely feel, kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining, great enclosed backyard for the dog, books, games.

mattress in the master bedroom is too firm, so my wife couldn’t sleep on it and had to move into the kids room - maybe time to change the mattress ; kids room was getting cold even with the inverter working all night in the front sitting room and the door opened - so you may consider putting an extra little oil heater in there; also, maybe consider putting a small mirror above the sink in the ensuite bathroom, so it can be used independently from the main bathroom
