Welcome to Falls Paradise! - One BR Suite W A/C After over a year of searching for the perfect rental home, we found this amazing one bedroom suite in 2021. What makes this suite great is that it is in walking distance to popular places like Front Street and The Sheraton Hotel. Come enjoy this great one bedroom suite with a back yard/back porch, 2 big screen smart tv's with cable, and some extra amenities that help your enjoy the Falls even more. Management Company - First Choice Stays, LLC The space -WHAT PEOPLE LOVE- We have tried to think of everything you will need while you're on vacation. Here's what people say they love most about this home: -Comfortable Beds -Kid Friendly (Toys, Back yard) -We clean with Kirby Vacuum & products -We use HEPA Air Purifier for clean air -Close to Front Street -Cable TV, HBO MAX -Close to Rt 8, i77, and i76 -Close to Blossom Music Center -30 mins from DT Cleveland -20 mins from Canton Airport Here's what you may not love: -This home has a stair case upon entering the unit if any guest has bad knees, etc. -Currently no dishwasher appliance (there is a nice dish rack if you don't mind washing dishes or use the dishes) FALLS PARADISE SUITE DETAILS AND AMENITIES This rental easily has enough room for four people with 700 square feet of living space. KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc along with a full sized fridge/freezer, and stove. WiFi: Free WiFi WALKOUT BACK PORCH ON ROOF Other things to note NO PETS Free Wifi Air Conditioner

We enjoy our stay. This house was remodeled and looks contemporary, offers modern furnishings. Location is great.

Very modern inside with all the right amenities plus some. Excellent location to enjoy downtown Cuyahoga falls, nearby hiking and Blossom Music Center while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Place was overall very clean but one blanket had burn marks (???) on it and we had trouble with the toilet not flushing properly. Jeremy was very responsive to the issue but it was definitely an inconvenience. That being said, I would stay here again for sure.

From the outside, we initially were not impressed but from the moment we opened the door and walked upstairs that quickly changed! Plenty of space for 4 adults, beautifully decorated, and had nice touches to make it a great and comfortable stay! Close to everything and owner is super communicative! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This property was comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. Perfect for a weekend. The owner was also very attentive to my needs. The only problem I had was getting the front door to lock when I left.

Quick stay. Exterior curb appeal isn't amazing but it was nice and clean, we felt safe, and it was in a great location near local bars/restaurants and an easy Lyft to Canton for a visit to Football Hall of Fame. We would stay here again for sure.

This was a good choice for what we were in town for. The locking system is consistent and easy to use. There are AC units in the space that are loud but it’s better than having no AC at all!

Great base location for day trips to CVNP. Apartment was very clean and host was responsive. I like to stay in cities rather than country locations so this was perfect for me.

This unit was super clean, and had a large number of amenities like a full coffee set-up, all kitchenware needed, bathroom supplies galore, a nice bed, and a great living space all-around. I definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at falls paradise so we can attend a concert at blossom music Center. It was very close to the venue which was really nice. Also, the neighborhood was really nice and quiet which I like. Thank you so much for letting us stay
