I don’t know about some of you people however my stay at Sure Stay was awesome. My room 214 was clean the staff was cool and the view of the planes taking off was cool. And I got to see some 5.0 action. I will book here again.

Overall it was pretty solid. I've stayed here before on business as was the case this time. However, there was a mildew odor permeating the room. In the past, this was never an issue. I'd still return in the future. Their breakfast was consistently good as always & there's ample parking.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. Helped us to get an Uber driver at 5:00 a.m. when the shuttle wasn't starting until 7:00 a.m. Recommended a good (but expensive) restaurant within walking distance and gave us a $10 coupon. The room was really clean.

I booked my room, paid at the hotel and was over charged. This hotel is not by the beach it’s 20+ minutes away. The only shuttle to the airport is the airport behind you “Clearwater.”

Clean. Good breakfast. Could use some pole lamps for those needing more light. Wall lights do not illuminate enough for reading or handwork. Could also use some extension cords or power strips. With phones, computers, tablets, hair curlers, ...and the hotel using one of 2 for tv and wall light, there just are not enough outlets.

Seemed like an unsafe area. Staff was not very friendly. Rooms were outdated.

Hotel was basic and outdated but prices were reasonable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast that was included was acceptable. The TV was very small, room was semi clean, not great but beds were comfortable. We stayed for two nights and I did notice two German roaches on our last day. Not sure I would choose to stay here again but in a pinch I may consider.

The hotel's parking lot is bordering the airport, planes depart/arrive day and night, when they do, the noise is significant and the property vibrates, woke us up a few times. Our room was 252 facing the runway. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. Water pressure in bathroom sink is very low. Hotel guests in room next door had a party all night and the smell of weed was overwhelming. Tried to call the reception at 3 am to report it, but the phone made crackling sound and dialing 0 wouldn't work. We endured this for a few more hours until they finally went quiet at 6 am. You get what you pay for. I understand that the hotel cannot do anything about the location, but cleaning practices should be improved as well as monitoring the property at night to ensure that disturbing guests are made accountable.

I would like to hire the photographer who took the nice pictures that are absolutely misleading. The room was nasty, There were nats in the sink drain flying around. The toilet had a sign to hold the level down so the toilet would flush. The tub had a constant drip. The key lock we had to jiggle so the door would open. No mention of a runway directly behind the hotel. $150 a night was a complete ripoff. Unfortunately all other hotels were booked for the weekend. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay. Feel the need to mention the roach just chillin between the beds.

The outside looked worse than the inside (luckily) but our room was slightly dirty and the bathroom gave us lots of trouble, toilet handle kept popping off, shower was leaking, also this was more on myself for not checking the area but it is right next to an airport so gets a bit loud.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. My room was dirty there were roaches in the microwave the TV stand had tape on it. The showerhead rod was rusted the sheets look like window curtains. There were no lights in the back of the building where I was staying I thought my car was gonna get broken into I didn’t enjoy my stay I won’t be returning. This place needs upgrades very outdated and somebody needs to come spray for bugs.

We only stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay. My kids kept commenting on how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Everything was clean. The nearby plane takeoffs were very loud however either there aren’t any flights at night or we slept like rocks because we didn’t hear a thing at night.

Needs a refresh desperately. Hair and pet chips painted into last refresh of paint. Towel didn't smell great and I had hair (not mine) stuck in it. Tub faucet spewed water sideways as well as out the spigot. Reception was brusque. Close to rude
