Cleanliness was excellent. The only complain was the bed mattress high that was difficult to go to bed & there was no step to help going to bed.We asked for help but they couldn’t do anything. The noise from outside lasted for several hours I recognized there was no solutions, except to have room isolation.

We loved the location and the unique qualities of the hotel. The entry area and common breakfast room was nice and cozy. Well presented breakfast buffet. My girls like the elevator too. The staff was very friendly and full of helpful information. The only suggestion would be to update the actual bedrooms with a quick an easy update, and paint. The beds were comfy and clean. We would definitely come back. Thanks.

Such a one-of-a-kind experience. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend!

Excellent location to walk to the Steven Tanger Performing Arts. It’s an older building so you must expect a few flaws and I loved them all. I love historic hotels and this one won’t disappoint.

The hotel is very old which is fine in terms of architectural look of the building. But when the old is elsewhere such as in the bathroom (ingrained dirt, etc) it is not good. The hotel is risky for disabled and almost disabled people such as elderly. Just one example of several, the elevator is very old with old style functioning and doors. The old inner door can catch your fingers painfully, it pushes against you when you enter or leave the elevator, and it has a threshold that wants to trip you.

The lobby and common areas were very nice
The staff were excellent -very helpful and informative
The rooms were a huge letdown
There was so much rust in the bathroom, the shower was terrible and the room just needed someone to redo the whole thing
Maybe other guest rooms were okay but ours was pretty rough

The history of the hotel was so interesting. And the elevator was extremely unique.. everyone was friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s quaintness and old world charm. Steeped in history and remarkably well kept, the hotel is tremendously appealing. What is more, the General Manager gave us a fantastic lesson on the city of Greensboro’s history and how the hotel fit into it. The experience we had staying there is unforgettable! Great staff and nice accommodations. We will gladly stay there again!

My short stay at The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean. I enjoyed riding the historical elevator. When I am in town again, I will definitely stay at this amazing hotel.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom needed to be updated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were personable and gracious. The building was a fun trip to the 1930’s.
The evening wine and cheese was a gentle way to meet others while enjoying wine.
The included breakfast was definitely carb heavy. Some renovations are needed, such as a permanent stain in a bathroom sink that also has a crack in it. There were people talking late into the night, in the ally 3 floors below, and we could hear them - maybe they should gather elsewhere.
Still, I would stay here again.

Kyle and crew were fabulous. The staff absolutely made this place. It is a beautiful historic building, and a little gem in the middle of Greensboro. Very LGBTQ friendly.

Neat 1903 building but old AC unit through the wall, old mattresses, old carpet inside the room, tiny TV, poor WIFI.

We spent a long weekend at the Biltmore for a competition and it was perfect. Fabulous staff, the whole building has serious old-school charm, great location with simple, low-traffic routes to pretty much everything, easy walk to first class food and drink. We will be staying here again!

I was in town for a minor league baseball game and stayed at the Biltmore because it was a only a short walk to the stadium - and I like old, historic hotels more than chains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. There is one very small and very old elevator - or you can walk up some sorta serious stairs. Enjoyed my stay with the one notable exception that the wi-fi was completely non-existent.
