Good overall. The room had a great view. Only con is the tub did not drain and made showers uncomfortable.

Our room had to be re-inspected for cleanliness by a maintenance person because the person before us rejected the room. There was No housekeeping done beforehand. The tiles on the floor were broken, the bed was lumpy and hard and the hair dryer was literally melted as if it’s been in a fire. The microwave blew a fuse when using it. Not the expectation I had for a BW Plus hotel.

The front desk gal both days was very helpful and professional. The only two negatives was were were on different floors and areas of our kids room and the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. The rest of the stay was great and quiet.

This was a standard hotel room that had a fabulous lakefront view. The one that set this hotel apart was the breakfast attendant. She was gracious, efficient, and made delicious omelettes for breakfast, and the best part is breakfast is included with the stay. There were many options to select from and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. I hope to return here again.

This property is so rundown and the staff did not seem interested in being there. They were very unhelpful, the room was dirty and just finding the room was a challenge that even the staff couldn't help with. The curtains in the room were in tatters, the laminate flooring was in rough shape, just to name a few issues

Outdated carpet and water pressure for the shower was non existent. But the front desk was very nice and gave us options for upgraded rooms when the room we were in initially had not been turned over by housekeeping.

In the room . The conditioners doesn’t pumped. Even my husband tried so hard . Nothings. Call front desk they can’t help. Lucky I got one prepared for my self. Complaining they didn’t even do anything.. when I checked in . First they couldn’t find my reservation. Keeps saying I don’t have one . And I was canceled. Make me nervous. I show them my email. Finally they found it. . So disappointing. Wish they do something for but no nothing

Nice lounge, good place to watch a game, have a cocktail and not have to drive back to the hotel. Good omelet chef in morning

The check in was easy from a friendly staff member. The building layout was a touch confusing, but we had no issues with our one night stay. Breakfast area was nice and good food choices.

We were so disappointed in the age, condition, and cleanliness of our room that we drove all night to stay at our home rather than stay there. The buildings are in bad need of renovation. There were stains on the carpet in our room in a few spots, stains on the curtains, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was ready to come apart. There was also an odor in the hallways like natural gas. The front desk staff were pleasant, but it just wasn’t worth it to us to stay there, even though we knew no refund was possible.
