Will do to shower and sleep but the room that was assigned had an unclean smell (like locker stink). I had to leave the window open throughout my stay (5 days).

The staff at this hotel was terrible! I had an important item overnighted to me during my stay, and the hotel workers told me that the package was not there. For four days I asked them to look for my mail, and they INSISTED that it wasn't there. After I returned home, they called to say they found my package, and that they would overnight it back to me. I still have not received my package, and I don't really expect that I will ever get it back. I also had an issue with receiving phone calls in my room. Family tried to call me, and each time the front desk workers would hang up on them instead of transfering their calls to my room. Awful awful service.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and checked us in promptly. The lobby is well decorated and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We were on the 10th floor, so it was a little jarring to travel that distance quickly, but it was a short enough trip.
Our room was spotless with plenty of towels and great water pressure. We also really liked the bathroom amenities. The overhead light wasn’t turning on, but that didn’t matter to us since we prefer lamps. Our bed was too firm for my partner, but just fine for myself. Only 1/4 of the bedside outlets worked which was a bummer, but there were others that were fine. It was very quiet in our room and very conveniently located near the Pru, Newbury St, plenty of restaurants and shopping. We really liked it here and would definitely book again!

This hotel charges us 4 separate incidental deposit charges on 4 separate days $600, $740, $340 & $199. My daughter needed to stay a week wile still going to collage every day, her roommate had Covid. We originally paid $1,133 for a week plus $600 deposit. But hotel continued to charge extra deposit charges for no reason and would not help to fix it. 3 days straight I tried calling 3-6 times a day. The employees answering the phone would put me on hold and then drop the call. I was calm and kind, regardless of how horrible I was being treated. I tried emailing the Hilton web sight for help. They connected me with a manager from a different hotel, then a reached again and no reply. My daughter tried to ask for help at desk and they told her they charge every day for deposits and she’ll just have to wait for check out to see what happens. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, it was my favorite in Boston, never once did I receive more than one deposit charge. So in total we were charged $1,133 for room and $1,900 in deposit fees!! My daughter is quite, just was going to classes all day there was no issue or reason for these extra deposit charges. Accidents happen, I get we all make mistakes. But to ignore a problem to not admit or try to fix a mistake for a guest and to continue to add unessasry charges to 18 year old kid, intimidating them and refusing to help them is beyond bad customer service!

The veiw from the room was absolutely beautiful. It was pretty clean, and overall a wonderful hotel. However, we were checked into the wrong room. We reserved a King bed room, and somehow got stuck in a double queen. Other than that, I'd say the stay was pretty nice.

Very nice. Came into Boston for a medical appointment. Clean hotel central location. Only complaint is no charging stations for cell phone and Apple Watch.

The staff at the front desk was not helpful and they were very rude when I asked about an extra charge I received without any notice. The hotel itself is fine, nothing great.

We loved the view and the fact we could walk the city and be at Fenway in about 10 minutes.
However, we did not get the room we had clearly reserved and paid for, we were put in a room with 2 beds instead of the king and the room we reserved would’ve been way bigger than the room we ended up in! Other than that, our stay was great! Do not recommend breakfast at the hotel either.

We came from NYC for a quick weekend getaway prior to upcoming medical procedures, needing to get our minds off a pending hospital stay. Even though we arrived early, we were able to check in early and the room was GORGEOUS! Everything was so comfy and made the time together that much more special. We even asked the front desk how we could purchase the pillows they used on the bed because they were so soft and luxurious. I just wish the parking wasn't $60 for guests who are staying at the hotel. Luckily we were able to find street parking. Everyone was so nice and I hope that we will be able to come back for another stay sometime soon.

Shout out to the staff at lounge. We had a busy day and got back to the hotel just after last call, but they made the extra effort to get us a drink to help make our stay that much more enjoyable!

Upon check-in, I wish the front desk had notified us that complimentary breakfast was available to guests. The staff did give us some complimentary snacks when we left, but it would have saved us some money had we known breakfast and snacks were available throughout our stay.

It was fine though they were not upfront about the “urban destination fees” which were hefty. When we said we should have been informed about this charge when we checked in (at check in they did explain that there was an upfront incidental charge per night which was surprising as well), we were told we should have read the fine print on the website. It was not a pleasant way to end our trip.

The hotel location is good and very closed back bay and Boston copley place mall. The staff is friendly and provide early check-in because I arrived Boston early 1hr. The room is a little smaller than your expectation. Room is clean, but the bathroom shower has some leaks.
I would like to report 2 bad things. The first thing is microwave. In the hotel.com website, the hotel indicated that some room provided microwave(some room does not), I select the microwave's room for uber-eat warm because it's Christmas holiday and most restaurants are closed. But there are no microwave in my room after check-in. The second day, I go to front-desk for room change, the clerk told me there are no microwave room in whole hotel. They can put microwave in your room, but it's charge $25/day. He suggest that I go to 1st floor reception and use their microwave machine for free. So I have to go down to warm my burgers in next 2 days. The second thing is bottle water I purchased in the hotel store is a little expensive, $7/bottle, I spent $14 there.

I don’t like that the corner rooms have balconies that are bolted shut. And I don’t like how small the bathroom is compared to how big the actual room is. Other than that customer service was excellent.

The only complaint I had was that the room was soooo hot. Turned the thermostat down to 60 and it still continued to run. When I told the front desk, they told me that they only have a 2 pipe system-one for hot and one for cold. Hot is only one for winter. Told me to shut the thermostat off and open the window, and they could provide a fan if that didn't work. I felt that the system should have shut off according to the temperature. Not sure I would stay again because of being unable to control room temperature properly. I imagine in the summer, it is the opposite where it is too cold.

The hotel is so close to Berklee College and walking distance from Newbury street and Prudential mall . Loved the room and facilities offered. Will come back again.

Wonderful, accommodating staff. My reservation required a lot of communication and at every turn the staff at this hotel handled our requests with patience and care. For a large chain hotel I felt the service was thoughtful and personal. Thank you Hilton Back Bay. Will definitely be back.

We liked the hotel and location. The only issue we had was the HVAC system in the room. The thermostat didn't work so we were unable to adjust the temperature and struggled with how hot it was at night. I reported to the staff and they sent an engineer but they did not solve the issue and instead just turned off the system.

Colleen & Javier at the hotel bar made our stay completely unmatched. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and views from the panoramic room were great. But sometimes just a great interaction makes the stay ☺️ -Cassie & matt

It would've been a perfect trip if they could've been upfront about the fees. When I bought the room I was told I'd pay ~$30 resort fee upon checking in. I checked in, and they said they need $100 deposit, which is perfectly fine, but then they took almost $200 out of my bank instead and wouldn't refund the extra charge until after checkout. Not to mention they refused to tell me how much parking would be, and it turned out to be a ridiculous $60 for one night. The room was lovely, the location is exactly what I needed, but if the hotel can charge me more than what the front desk staff tell me it costs then they should be able to tell me why.
