This is our go to hotel when we come to Rochester for our wrestling events! They have a huge pool and hot tub for the kids , and the staff have always been so wonderful and kind!!

Not satisfied for $$$. Tub drain partially plugged, shower head calcium plugged. Less than 3/4 of the jets on the shower head flowed water. Only 1 button on the TV remote worked, the dresser drawer slides were damaged, couldn’t properly open and close drawers. Continental breakfast was less than adequate, ice cold breakfast sausage, eggs cold. Garbages so full, there wasn’t room to dispose of anything, while a desk clerk sat behind counter and scrolled on their phone.. about the only good thing I can give them is, room was fairly clean, beds were very comfortable, and the attached hotel restaurant was superb.

The hotel met our needs for the short stay we needed. I appreciated the warm welcome, attached restaurant, gym and proximity to Mayo Clinic.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The heating unit was making irrating hissing noises. Maintenance addressed the issue promptly. An extension cord provided additional electricity to the office area. All of this plus frayed carpets left a so-so impression on our visit.

Rooms were very nice. Decor was good and larger than mini fridge in our room was just the right size for all our food. The restaurant that was attached was so nice, didnt have to leave the hotel. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced.

Lacks cleanliness... pool needs humidifier... condensation in pool room.. sure they have a kids pool but mold growing on chairs

Very nice hotel. I was there for appointments at Mayo, and the entire stay was pleasant despite the reason for being there. The room was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant attached was quite nice as well. The people that were staying there and going to Mayo kinda became a little family. Always checking in. The family who runs this hotel treated us all like we were part of their family. I’ll be staying here again. They also have a Clinic shuttle which eases the burden of driving and needing parking.

Room was spacious, clean and the staff accommodated us like no other hotel. great place to stay if you bring your dogs too.

Booked two night stay. We had to request a new room after the first night as the floor was full of hundreds of ants. Window sheers where missing. Ice bucket had no cover, didn't get one even as we asked for one. The bathroom fan of the room next door, was so loud that you could hear a constant hum in the room. New room was clean, but missing the ironing board. Housekeeping started at 7:30 in the morning and was extremely loud.

Didn’t stock rooms. Had to ask every day for coffee, sugar, and creamer. They never emptied the garbage unless we asked we had to ask for toilet tissue and tissue I don’t think they understood us possibly language barrier? pool and sauna were dirty, horrible electric cords running around I would never stay there again. The restaurant connected to the hotel was very good

We stayed for 3 nights for mayo clinic. Shuttle was a nice option and be easy to use. Staff was bawling nice and help full. Fitness center clean and up to day equipment. Refrigerator made a weird noise, but it was kind of a comforting white noise. Hot tub was very hot,but jets did not work. Kiddy pool looked nice, and the regular pool was not too cold to swim. Breakfast was kind of small. Eggs and sausage. The staff brought the eggs out in a bag. Might want to hide the fact that they are already made in a bag..

Could barely understand desk clerk. The bed frames are to big for mattresses my knee met corner of frame at least 3 times

This hotel is not worth staying at. I reserved a two queen bed room but got two full beds. I went to the desk they said they didn't have any queen available. Rooms were in poor condition. Had to let the shower run for 30min to get hot water after being told by the desk to do so. Heater was under the window next to one of the beds. It was loud and blew directly at the bed. The in room microwave had old crusty food stuck in it. Hot tub wouldn't turn jets on and pool area felt run down. Included breakfast was terrible. The only highlight was I only stayed two nights.

Price and location were good. No stand to put our luggage on, had to put it on the desk. Refrigerator was so noisy, needed to be defrosted, had to unplug it. Room heater was noisy, coming on every two to three minutes. Not much of a tasty breakfast, especially if you have to eat gluten free.

Staff doesn’t know hire to correctly put fitted sheet in bed, noisy compressor in room, water wasn’t very warm, food was bland and looked like it came out of a package, coffee was bitter, milk was froze solid, juice glasses had to be requested before being put out, pancake iron was on, but the batter container never put out and staff was back in office chatting rather than managing breakfast area. Also, the back door has handicap parking but you have to walk around the building to get in, how about a card reader at the back door?

The water took a very long time to get hot.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to check us in. When they showed up the two guys were horsing around with each other, one was barefoot and very unprofessional. Overall the place was nice but learn how to properly paint to freshen things up. Paint in bathroom looked like someone just threw a bucket of paint on the wall.

The room was clean. The Desk help didn't speak english which made it hard to get answers like where is the ice machine

Good location for care at Mayo clinic. Very few options for the breakfast for a gluten free person. One of the days the eggs and sausages were lukewarm. The bathroom in our room had a few dirty spots, but not enough to change rooms.

The purpose of our visit was medical appointments at Mayo clinic. The hotel was about a five minute drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not super professional. Sometimes they would be on their phone or not at the front desk when we needed help. Our first room had a broken toilet flusher and no remote control for the TV. they moved us to another room which didn’t have a hairdryer, the outlets in the bathroom, and on one wall didn’t work and the bathtub drain was plugged. But other than that it was convenient and the breakfast was OK.

Nice option with modest price point south of the Mayo Clinic. Shuttle a nice option if timing works. Rooms and amenities in good condition, with decent size pool.

The property was very drafty by the windows &the biggest problem was the service from the night receptionst that refused to assist me in canceling the three remaining nights for the two rooms!

Checking in at midnight I dealt with a very hostile front desk clerk, uncompromising though I was struggling to walk, and rude about it to boot. Upon leaving to catch the shuttle I found my car badly keyed on the lot, unusual for Mayo visits. Honestly first thought was clerk, she had been that cold. Reorted to hotel, informed check had a waiver, camera didn't show that area, and clerk showed on camera leaving to parking directly in front of the door. Only 1 spot was available on arrival, over on the side, uphill and uphill to elevator, NARROW spots, 1 handicap spot in front was also full. If it wasn't her the only other choice would have been the truck beside me, hotel and PD agreed to investigate. This cost me much pain on check in then $1500 deductible plus 3 weekend lost to Ubering=$800-1500 per week income. Auto repair and PD state hotel usually would pay at least deductible in this case. Nobody needs this nightmare while coming to Mayo on top of it. Have photos, system won't let me enter them.
