It was great. We was here for a AAU tournament. This was very convenient to everything. 9/10

We booked for 1king room and 1 2 queen beds but they dont have queen beds available when we check in they king bed without sofa bed. And the elevator always broke down and our room was on the 7th floor.

Outside of us being rained in, we enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast, and awesome views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, everything was great.

Pillows too big and too firm, woke with shoulders and neck aching. No hot water at 9am. Barely made it to luke warm after running it more than 10 minutes.

Great first time stay. Hotel location was great for all our destinations, it was clean, great immenities, balcony views gorgeous, & staff were very friendly.

My husband and I spent a couple of days just to get away for our anniversary. Nice view, great comfy room, beaches are clean and beautiful.

Overall nice place. One of two elevators wasn’t operating so that was a bit of a hassle otherwise I would stay again

I originally booked a suite, came to get the keys and was informed that my room wasn’t ready and I could wait for it to be ready. Now I know generally people are busy but I think something like this would prompt for a notification. I drove 2 hours to get there and wasn’t informed about none of this. I had to ask for a change that wasn’t something that was offered. The room that we ended up getting cabinet where the fridge goes was broke. And the fridge in the other room we had to pay for to accommodate our needs, was warm the entire time. It was so much ice buildup. Paid for valet parking had to pick up my own car🤔. Overall stay my daughter was happy, that’s all that matters.

My room itself was ok. My toilet seat rocked when I sat down. I can see the light from the hallway when I was in the bathroom. The door was not tight where I could see the light shining in the room from the hallway. The hot water was below luke warm not hot like hot water supposed to be. We were placed by the stairwell which was loud from 9pm until later that night. People using the stairwell and the neighbors was noisy. The hotel itself seemed ok. The food was good and the location. I wanted to treat myself to a nice hotel but I was disappointed especially in the location of my room by a stairwell. It was my birthday and my husband I was not happy about that. I thought if I paid more money for my room I should at least get a nice one.

Robert was absolutely fantastic! Appreciate his warm welcome and accommodating spirit. One elevator was out which wasn't ideal, but, this hotel served us incredibly well for the marathon weekend.

The room was dusty my son & I suffer from asthma. It was hard to sleep. Not to mention we were on the bottom floor. We asked if there were more rooms available & told there weren’t. We both came home sick.

VERY clean and fancy like. Hallways smelled amazing and clean!! Beds were cozy and not as firm as many others (thankfully!!). We only stayed one night as we were making our trek home, but this could definitely be a longer vacation stop next time! Only complaint is getting in and out of the parking garage and paying for parking. Our truck almost couldn’t make the turn out and there would have been no way to back up as it was a tight turn.

Our stay was amazing check in was easy Robert was the best! The room was nice and clean! The only thing we didn’t like was the noise the heating system made when it was on it was very loud. But overall the stay was great, definitely planning to go back.

The front desk was very friendly. The rooms were not ready though. It took awhile. But they did make up for it by treated us to dinner in their restaurant. By the time we were finished our room was ready.

Stay was great again. Stayed there to bring in the new year. Water in the room wood not heat up so we were moved to another room promptly.

This particular weekend had a convention/ball booked with 1 working elevator as the other(s) were out of commission. The balcony setting was nice ,but the smell of marijuana from adjacent rooms made it unbearable. The staff was great & very accomodating, but the restaurant/bar on site both closed at 7 PM

Valet service sucks. No microwave. No ice machine on our floor and had to go to another floor. Only one of the elevators are working so we had to wait a long time and just ended up taking the stairs. One of the shampoo bottles in the shower got a white hair on the pump, nasty. The guy that was managing valet services is very rude. Overall not a good experience for the price i paid. Not coming back here.

Did not like that yhe ice machine on our floor did not have any ice the whole time we were there , also the hot water in the bathroom took 15 minutes of running to become hot. Other than that our stay was great.

Everything was fantastic! The only cons were the room thermostat kept changing on its on to a cooler temperature and it was really cold in the room throughout the night. It took two hours for it to adjust, right when it was time to get up and leave. The other, the parking garage only allows vehicles under 7ft tall. If you are driving a company work truck you have no where to park.

Parking is a garage across the street and you need to advise customers that they place a 150.00 hold at check in, hotel was very clean and nice

There was a sewer smell at times during our 4 night stay and the pounding forenovating was annoying 12 hours a day

The front desk supervisor was rude and lacked empathy, she continued to be negative in reminding me of what she couldn’t do for me at 12pm at night when attempting to check in. I had to stay positive as I have hotel management experience and try to resolve the issues as though I was training her? For some reason my CC would go through that night and had to go else where however the very next morning the charges appeared on my card? I’m glad it didn’t work out with Sheraton with such rude service I wouldn’t have been happy anyways.

Charging $12 per day for self parking is an insult and a ripoff!

The staffs were very wlcming. However due the issue with kitchen, there was a smell in the lobby that was kind of unbearable. Also, i paid for breakfast but since the kitchen wasn't not working, hence, i didn't and there was no other alternative. What happened with the breakfast fees that i paid? Will it be returned to me?

Loved the hotel! Right on the beach, beautiful stay! The room was perfect. Only issue we had was a giant ‘water bug’ crawled up the wall other than that the stay was perfect!

I won't return. I reserved a 1 room suite got a standard room. When I brought it to their attention nothing but a shoulder shrug. I prepaid an uncharged room that I did not get. They pumped a fragrance thru the building to cover up the smell of sewage in parts of the building. This however caused me to have respiratory issues and what was to be a vacation is now a medical leave. Will not be ever returning.

Everything was wonderful but the AC in our room smelled of water mildew when it was running. Otherwise I have no complaints. I would certainly stay here again.
