I stayed 4 nights in February. The room was enormous and had all the necessary accessories, including a fridge. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the shower valve which was fixed as soon as I reported it. Well-stocked, if expensive, bar. The single dinner I ate there was tasty. Free parking. No free breakfast. Four extremely fast elevators. Daily room cleaning. There was an indoor pool and a fitness room, which I didn’t use. It was the perfect place for a comfortable stay.

I had booked a standard king, when I got to my room it was a standard double. I went to reception and asked why I was not placed in the room I booked and the reservation was confirmed the front desk refused to accommodate my stay. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The shower head was rusted beyond belief the same for the towel racks. The floor felt sandy and the blankets had some weird staining on them. Overall was not happy and will no book this hotel ever again.

There was an event and it was super loud. I’ve asked for room service, did not receive it. Then I asked again, and they came finally. It should have been enough for me to ask once. The caulk in the shower was moldy and the room was dusty. Sink was not cleaned, fridge did not cool.

The room on top of me was making so much noise for hours straight By 1 30 am. I had to call the front desk to inform the all the nosie from the room above me, and ssk if they can do anything. Later on in the morning One of their employees open my door without even knocking. Remind you check out was at 11 and it was only 10 10. I just felt so violated. I will never say at this hotel again.

We booked for Friday night, but the booking came back for Saturday. Was told to cancel and rebook for Friday. Wound up paying for 2 nights even though I only stayed for 1 night. Hotels.com said the problem was with DoubleTree. Rude know it all front desk staff blamed it on Hotels.com. I will never stay here again and this experience has caused me to rethink ever staying at a DoubleTree again.

Our room was obviously not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower, dirt residue on the toilet from someone’s butt, and an opened water bottle left in the refrigerator. It’s like they just spot cleaned and replaced the towels. I left disgusted and disappointed

We stay here often and usually it's pretty good. Not this time. Don't desk was distracted and unfriendly. Once in the room, we went to get ice, only to discover this ice machine had been removed. In the room we found that there are only outlets in the night stand and several were not working. We called to ask for assistance and the person that answered was very rude and unhelpful, saying that room must be being worked on and we'd have to try different floors for ice.

Oliver and Marvel were very nice and made my stay better but the room was nasty. Sheets filthy, comforter filthy, no towels to shower with only two rags and one hand towel, pillow cases was dirty, had to discontinue 3 bugs in our room, but Oliver and Marvel made it better but I had a late check out and still left early due to how dirty it was and uncomfortable we was espresso having a baby that crawls around. I won’t be back but if the young lady Marvel and the gentleman Oliver goes to a cleaner hotel then I’ll be there

I need better coffee access. Great hotel (a little dated) but no coffee. Once I have to get in my car to get a single cup of coffee, the hotel has failed. I’m coming back in 2 weeks and need to find a place with coffee vending/giveaway in the lobby or walkable.

When we arrived at the property, there were police and chaos because there was a homeless person hanging out in the lobby. Then the room was filthy, the towels were just thrown in the closet, the sink wouldn’t drain and was just overall unsatisfactory for the price we paid to stay there.

We needed a place for the weekend because our kitchen was being remodeled. My last stay at a Hilton hotel was excellent, so we came here. The staff was very helpful; my wife forgot a couple of items, and her needs were quickly met. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We have to travel this weekend as well, so I will probably use Hilton again.

Our entire stay was wonderful. The hotel was super clean as well as our room. The elevator was so quick, unlike many other hotels, the breakfast the next morning was delicious with a kind, friendly waiter. All the staff was friendly, especially the front desk employee, Diana. She truly was a sincere, friendly, efficient employee. We loved the warm cookie at check in and the Halloween pumpkin contest was quite creative. How nice to treat the employee winners to a free pizza lunch. Treating your staff with kindness impressed us. The room tv was the perfect size with many channel options and there was plenty of hot water . A special treat was the Peloton Spin bike in the fitness room. I always wanted to try that specific spin bike. Thank you for an outstanding hotel visit.
