Horrible, !!!!!! Lobby is beautiful until you enter your room. It’s a motel!!!!! Disgusting. Unclean showers, broken towel hooks, paint on balcony curtains…a slum hotel!!!! They were good years ago, I have come here several times. This was unacceptable. No refund given!

Overall the stay was wonderful, we were just there for one night, just wanted to check it out. We had been at another Disney resort for 5 nights prior and transferred. Much to our surprise, they did transfer luggage from our Disney resort to the Swan. However, I called to claim the luggage when getting there and no one ever brought it and I ended up going down to get it and found 3 workers standing around chatting. Also, they charged a $100 incidental fee PLUS a $45 resort fee just for ONE night and did not care whatsoever that it was going to put me in a slight bind as I was still waiting on Disney to release a fee as well. Beware of that when you go no matter how many nights you stay. I get the resort fee but the rest was a bit much and no empathy at all from staff. Beside that, it was great, rooms and beds are so comfy and very nice and great views all around and easy to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

The room was spotless!

Perfect location, lots of places to choose from for eating. Absolutely wonderful hotel.

The hotel held a conference event with a very loud band right outside our window. I have stayed here before and also had a sponsored event disrupt our stay by prohibiting access to certain areas (pool area for example) to accommodate the event. The guests come second to the hotel it seems.

Checkin was easy. There's several restaurants on the premises. The beach is nice for everyone. The transportation to Disney Springs is an added bonus as well as complimentary parking at the Disney parks.

Walt Disney swam is excellent

The room was hot at 69 degrees on the thermostat. The bedding was stiff and over-stuffed. Pool was cold.

Beautiful location and facility, but it is criminal to have the air conditioning turned so cold.

Average, overpriced hotel near Disney. The rates and fees are absurd for the amenities. I’ve stayed many times through the years but feel like it’s really showing its age.
I didn’t take any photos this trip but overall the place meets expectations.

Buyer beware there is a $45 per day resort fee and a $32 per day parking fee (more if you valet) so add another $77 per dayto your room cost.

Me and my wife are súper happy for our stay at the Swan hotel, and appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Unfortunately, our recent stay at the Walt Disney World Swan was marred by several issues that left us underwhelmed. Here's the breakdown of our experience:
Check-in: The check-in process was frustratingly slow. Not sure why, but it took forever when others seem to checkin and get their cards and go.
Room: The room itself was adequate but not exceptional. It felt somewhat dated and lacked the special touches you'd expect from a Disney-adjacent resort.
Power Outage: Most concerning was a scheduled power outage in the middle of the night. While we understand maintenance is necessary, this severely impacted my husband, who relies on a CPAP machine to sleep. The lack of alternative power solutions or anything more than, yeah that sucks from the front desk.
Positives: It's important to note that the hotel's location is convenient for accessing Disney parks.
Overall: Given the price point of the Walt Disney World Swan, we expected a higher level of service and comfort. The combination of a long check-in, average rooms, and particularly the poorly handled power outage means we cannot recommend this hotel to those who prioritize a seamless and restful vacation experience.

The sheets and towels felt very stiff and rigid like they had gotten heavy starch. Not very comfortable when you come back from a long day at the Disney parks. But we love the convenience of the boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios when staying at the Dolphin or Swan.

Simply the best value for a hotel resort on Disney property. Always very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and great amenities. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance from 2 theme parks, or transportation by boat or skyliner. Worth every penny.

Great staff and restaurants. Vital can improve shuttle transportation.

I loved being close to Disney and having the perks of being in property but not actually staying at a Disney resort. After a long day at the lark it was amazing

We like the ambience, the views, the staff, the restaurants, and the ease and proximity to WDW parks, to name a few.

The swan is a beautiful recently renovated resort. Stayed in a 2-Queen beds room. Comfortable beds and linens, had refrigerator and coffee maker as well as a safe. Asked for daily housekeeping a check in, but no cleaning second day. Spoke with housekeeping staff in hall and they came every day after that.
Location of resort very convenient to parks and lots of great dining options in the Swan & Dophin and well as the walkable nearby Boardwalk and Beach Resort.
Will always stay here when coming to Disney World to visit Magic Kingdom, Epcot etc. Love this location.
Pools and beach area are beautiful, we did not get to utilize this trip as it was too cold.

Hotel proximity to Disney is great. You can walk or take transportation to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios.

Stayed in the Disney Swan for 7 nights. Many things were unsatisfactory with the hotel during the vacation. The main issues were - the exorbitant charges for car parking (over $40 per night for guests), the resort fee (over $40 per night) which is another over inflated charge, but the main issue was the pre-authorisation for the above fees. I provided a bank card upon check-in as normal with most hotels and to my surprise was charged every day of my stay rather than at the end. When I came to check out, the full charge was instantly taken from my account, however the daily fees remained pending, thereby resulting in my card being declined for the rest of my vacation.

The Swan and Dolphin are both excellent resorts to stay at while visiting WDW.
Their locations to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios are a bonus.
The resorts are top notch and a great value.

Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. The view from my room exceeded my expectations. The food at the hotel was very good and reasonable priced. Transportation to/from Epcot and Hollywood Studios via the boats is great. Transportation for the other parks via the bus was MUCH better than the other Disney hotels.

The housekeeping was horrible, they came to clean the room every day and it didn’t even look like they did anything. We asked for wag towels and they would not bring them. I had to asked several times. The Houskeeper threw away our brand new items that we purchased for the race and the manager did not cared.

The room was very clean, the lobby, restaurants etc, very clean.
They keep the temperature in the lobby and a couple of restaurants too cold, really freezing. But excellent areas, pools etc.

We love the boardwalk and the area. Definitely not worth the money. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Room was small. Was not worth it. Disappointed.

I had requested months ago for an adjoining room to my disabled parent and they could not accommodate this. Definitely a disappointment considering that we asked for this a while back.

Staff was really nice and easy to talk to

Only thing we did not like was the room location. The room description noted it overlooked the park. Not much of that! Were we assigned that room simply because we booked through Expedia? Kind made me feel like an unwanted, unloved step-mouse!

This would have been our favorite place. However, the pillows were so hard. We woke up with stiff necks daily. Very uncomfortable sleep and terrible neck pain. You can see we travel quite frequently and this was the worst sleep ever. Didn’t want to ruin our amazing time spent celebrating the holidays by complaining so we just dealt with it. Everything else was great! The pillows put a damper on things. Our necks still hurt. Ugh.

I rented a room with two queen beds but was provided a room with double beds. Super uncomfortable beds.

We've been to Disney many times and stayed at many resorts, but the family all agreed this one is now our favorite. Staff are courteous, smiling, and always go the extra mile. We were very impressed with the resort grounds and amenities. Great pools and the hot tubs were the perfect temp for a trip with lows in the 40s. Our room was fabulous and the housekeeping staff were seemingly constantly available and very kind and helpful. We loved the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood, and it was cool to have the Friendship Boats as an added option. Loved everything. Will come back.

Great stay! Loved the room, the selections of restaurants, and the ease of getting to the parks. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be softer pillows!

Stayed for 4 nights. Easy access to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios Parks. 15 minutes walk if the water fairy are busy or not available. Nice stay overall.

We wanted to add a bed for our 10 years kid, the lady front desk said it's $35 extra fee per day.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here many times. Convenient to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can to both or ride in the boat.

Used to be our go-to hotel at Disney. The only hotel on property that charges a "resort" fee in addition to room cost. Also parking is outrageous. They used to waive valet charge for car with disabled tag, but they charged us a full $44 dollars a day.
