The room was smelly. The bathroom was still dirty in the corners. There was mold under the soap tray in the shower. We had to ask twice to get clean towels and trash emptied. The tables in the dining area were not clean. The waffle batter dispenser was not working right and took a very long time to get enough batter for a waffle. Other customers complained about it as well.

The hotel itself is very dated. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty, and Im not sure when the last time the door frame or walls were cleaned. Other than that, it was quiet, the lady at the front desk was kind, the pool was clean. We slept very well.

I love still take m dog with me on my trips. The hotel been updated at some point and it very nice.

Staff was friendly. Beds were clean. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed a little better especially around the edges of the room. Average breakfast. Bathroom stool so low, a person with replaced knees has an issue getting up!

Hotel did not live up to 8 stars. Room was dated. Large scuffs on furniture. Tub was not clean. Toilet had large stains.

I honestly just needed a room on my move to Kansas from Oregon and it worked. Was glad I could use the hdmi in the tv for my game system.

We stayed here last minute due to a snow storm. It was a nice place to stay. There are dinning options near by. The staff are friendly. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that could have just been me after driving 12 hrs lol.

The bed was so bumpy and hard. There was a slide to the other side of the bed. If you got stuck in the rut of the mattress it was a battle getting out asleep. The juice machine was broken. I heard people complain about the breakfast. The breakfast was ok. Could use biscuits and gravy as a choice as well. It was a nice place to stay before and after I had surgery.

Hotel was good for a one night stay while traveling with my pets. The pet fee was very reasonable and there was good grass areas for walking them. The hotel itself needs some TLC. My room had trim coming off the walls, stained carpets and wobbly tables.
Overall it was sufficient for my stay. Would stay again.

Overall room needs updating -Bed soft, needs repainting, stains in sink & bathtub. The air conditioner sounded like a diesel truck starting up every time it turned on. The available breakfast was a breakfast sandwich you warmed up in the microwave.

Just an overnight stay. Very windy the night we were there and the dumpster lids were not secured so they were slamming around. Other then that not much to see here.

Room was very clean nicely decorated
But please make your rooms more wheelchair accessible. I was unable to get my wheelchair under the sink plus the sink part was so high I couldn’t reach the faucets and the mirror was too high. Plus, the bed was 8 inches higher than my chair, I had to have my son pick me up and put me in the
bed. Get with the program please.

Clean room and heated pool. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Will stay again!

The shower head in our room is very dated and the water pressure is very low. Light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on in the morning. The roll away bed mattress was very worn out. You could see the spring marks in the mattress cover. Our daughter wouldnt sleep on it, it was that uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel because I had a conference at the Younes Convention Center. It was less expensive and just as nice as the hotels near the Center. It was very comfortable and quiet. It was only a few blocks from the Center. I would have given it a 5 star rating in all categories, but our electronic room keys expired on the 2nd and third day we were there. On the 2nd evening we were there we could not get more than half of the TV channels in the room. The clerk at the counter said there was nothing that could be done about it that evening. The channels were restored the next day. I still would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was booked full. Left a soda on the nightstand during lunch. Came back from dinner and it was covered in ants.
Luckily they were not in bed. Hotel did nothing about it.

In desperate need of renovation. Very stained carpets, chipped paint and woodwork, generally poor condition. My room was missing its smoke detector, sink was cracked, and clock did not work. Breakfast offerings were pre-packaged foods and a microwave. Fruit was overripe. Would not stay again until remodelled.

We stayed with you Friday 7/16. the television didn't work, the phone didn't work, I stood in ankle deep water in the shower, and the ice machine didn't work. we had a small cooler for medication. We stayed again 7/21. Everything was great.

Exit door out would not open. You had to basically bull doze your way out the door.

Decent budget property that accepts pets.

The property is just aging and in need of regular maintenance. Linens and towels were clean and new and carpet has been replaced.

It was clean and staff was pleasant. Our room needed some paint touch up and caulking around the tub needed some work.
